Stop Comparing
Do you compare yourself to what you see on the internet? It always looks like everyone else is traveling more, doing more, being more awesome, and doing the most while living their best life.

Our Kids Hate Us?
It took some evaluation of the situation to understand why this part of parenting and this phase was so challenging. By "challenging" I mean, our kids friggin hate us sometimes! Kids are jerks, parents are jerks...we are all just a bunch of jerks loving each other and trying really hard to like each other.

Customer Reviews
Love the last podcast!!
My son is 16 (almost 17). He was diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease at 12 years old and Asperger’s at 14 years old. I experience the “mom guilt” and morn the things that I dreamt of for what I wanted him to be all the time. I have learned to go with the flow and take my lead from him. It’s hard. You guys rock!!
Love the honesty!!
I loved this podcast! I have several friends and family that are care givers to children on the spectrum. I see their struggles l, but don’t know all the go through. Your honesty helps those like me have a better understanding of the ebbs and flows of the challenges of parenting a Special Needs child/adult and the impact on couples relationships. Keep up the great work!!
