    How to Let Go of What Hurts and Step into the New Year with Peace

    Before stepping into the new year, I want to invite you to pause and breathe.Inhale everything you’ve learned — and exhale what no longer belongs to you. Last week, I met with a group of divorced women, and together we did something simple but deeply symbolic: we each took a small piece of soluble paper and wrote down everything we wanted to leave behind — anger, guilt, old stories, pain.Then, we placed those papers in a glass of water… and watched them dissolve. It was quiet, emotional, and powerful — a reminder that healing doesn’t always have to be loud. Sometimes, it’s just a gentle decision to let things dissolve. In this last episode of the year, I want to share that moment with you — and invite you to do your own version of this ritual at home.Because letting go isn’t forgetting. It’s freeing yourself to begin again.
