From College to Career: Implementing Equitable Programs that Advance Purpose First

CCA Strategy Director, Nikolas Huot, is joined by Dr. Jasmine Haywood, Strategy Director from the Lumina Foundation, and Dr. Lilly Massa-McKinley, Executive Director of the Kentucky Student Success Collaborative, to discuss the Kentucky Purpose First initiative.  The Kentucky Purpose First initiative:

1. Emphasizes the importance of colleges connecting program learning outcomes to career competencies.
2. Building out interventions to help students make informed decisions.
3. Having programs be intentional to address the needs of students of color and other marginalized student groups.
