    Live from ACFI 2025

    Things don't always go to plan. 2 songs into this set, my USB drive died, and it wouldn't load 90% songs that I tried. My sets aren't pre-planned, but this one still veered off in a different direction than I had expected while I fought to keep the music going. Huge thanks to the ACFI A/V crew for retrieving my backup drive just as I fully lost the ability to load anything.     This month, I was in a wild mood to just record a long mix that included all the kinds of music I like to play, from downtempo to progressive house to various styles of trance. I didn't have a target length in mind, I just gathered songs that went well together and went for it. It was a fun challenge trying to juggle the crazy BPM swings without breaking up the flow, and to that end, I think it was a success.
