    #7 - Carl Kleimann - Commitment is Key

    On this episode of “Fuel Disclosure”, we are very excited to have our Moffitt Services owners. Carl Kleimann, on the show. Carl shares his background, starting with his family's involvement in the fuel business during his high school years. He later pursued a career in human resources outsourcing but returned to the fuel industry when he received a call from Rusty Moffitt in 2014. Carl and Rusty started Moffitt Services together, and the company recently celebrated its ninth anniversary. Carl describes the evolution of his role over the years, from wearing multiple hats in the early days to focusing on business transformation and technology in the present. Moffitt Services has experienced significant growth, surpassing $200 million in revenue last year.
