Our unpopular take on THE MATRIX RESURRECTIONS
So, uh, I think our take on the Matrix Resurrections isn’t going to be very popular, ’cause it seems like a lot of people hated it? But we liked it? Why? Let’s dive in and see why!
SPIDER-MAN NO WAY HOME Discussion
Ricardo, Marvin and Marcel discuss SPIDER-MAN NO WAY HOME.
There will be spoilers.
THE MATRIX - COMMENTARY TRACK
Who‘s excited for the Matrix Resurrections?! Marvin is! And he forced Dan and Ricardo to rewatch the first Matrix movie with him for a commentary track! Ricardo dropped out halfway through, but that‘s okay! Matrix!
A completely biased review of Netflix‘s COWBOY BEBOP live-action adaptation
Dan and Marvin here! We watched Netflix‘s Cowboy Bebop live-action adaptation! It was terrible! Tune in to find out why!
HALLOWEEN EPISODE: HAUNTED HOUSE MOVIES
Adam and Ricardo discuss HAUNTED HOUSE MOVIES.
DRAG ME TO HELL (THEATRICAL CUT) - COMMENTARY TRACK
We recorded a commentary track for Sam Raimi‘s Drag Me To Hell (the allegedly funnier theatrical cut!)
Did Sam Raimi actually try to make the movie so funny? Or was it actually all one giant mistake?!
To sync: pause your movie right as ”A ... PICTURE” comes up on screen (before the UNIVERSAL logo fades in). Unpause right as we finish our countdown!
Casey Patrick Tebo interview
Great episode. More like a friendly conversation than an interview. Casey Tebo really showed his knowledge and love of film. More podcasts like this please. And I just watched his short The Captivus because of this podcast. What a unique and wondrous vision. Awesome film. Looking forward to more of his work.
Great for Everybody (unless you love Transformers 2)
Tons of podcasts center on movies but somehow they combine legitimate film knowledge with the sense of just talking to your friends about movies you like. Also they are really cool with their fans.
This podcast is pretty great. You can tell these guys enjoy what they're doing and enjoy film. They're dynamic and entertaining. This is a weird thing to be particular about, but I feel like they are realistic about lists, they aren't super definite to the podcast and it makes the conversations more authentic and more enjoyable.
