But before new beginnings, there must be release. This past year has been my Personal Year 9, a time of shedding, healing, and breaking free from karmic cycles. It has been a year of confronting anger, shame, and old wounds—of unlearning patterns that kept me small and disconnected from my power.   In this episode, I take you through the revelations and lessons that have shaped me—through numerology, deep spiritual work, and two transformative plant medicine ceremonies with Grandmother Ayahuasca and Grandfather Tobacco.
