This episode is for you, if you’re wanting to scrap the slate clean and be who you were meant to be before bad things happened to you. Trauma affects how we parent, show up in our careers as well as personal relationships. By healing that broken part deep within, everything else naturally improves. Janine creates more awareness about trauma and how it affects you later in life.
    Janine Wirth writes:
‘my relationship with trauma started in my childhood. I had a traumatized mother who wasn’t available to me and after experiencing many of my own traumatic events including surviving a violent hijacking, kidnapping and attempted rape at gunpoint, I knew I didn’t want to be a traumatized mother to my own children.
I had the opportunity to change direction from corporate sales and management to psychotherapy, RTThypnotherapy and life coaching. Founder and creator of the ground-breaking programmes, ‘Freedom from your traumatic childhood' and ‘Banish Binge Eating for Good’ Janine is a certified psychotherapist, life coach and clinical hypnotherapist with a global virtual practice, enabling her to help women worldwide from the comfort of their own homes.

Best host ever

Sashka absolutely loves what she does. You can tell by how excited she gets when talking with her guests.

She also puts a lot of prep into each episode. She has the best intros (seriously - they are so much fun) and has very thoughtful, well-researched questions. The guests themselves seem impressed with how much she knows about them.

It's very uplifting to listen to someone having so much fun. Her guests even catch the energy and have a lot of fun too.

Great little nuggets in each episode

I listened to it his because of the connection to Project Positive Change and something I read peaked my interest. Glad I did. I really enjoy each episode. These are uplifted people sharing their true stories. I’m inspired and encouraged and the time just flies. Sashka is a great host with great energy, and the kind of focus needed to keep things from getting too rambly (my word, sorry) like can happen in this interview style podcast. High fives and a big hug to Sashka on this podcast.
