I just listened to this episode, and it was very inspiring. I think it’s very comforting to find people in your life that are dealing with the same struggles, regardless of what those struggles are, because it normalizes the challenges, and makes you feel you are not alone. It also gives you hope. This podcast does all of that, again, reminding people that we’re all human, we all have struggles, and there are people that want to share and help each other. Very positive!

I’m not big into podcasts, but I really loved this one! The concept of the MeTotal movement really speaks to my journey of how I became sober curious. I used to get strange looks when I would say I don’t drink, but it is becoming much more mainstream with all the kombuchas and NA choices. Really looking forward to hearing more!
