Customer Reviews
Great content!
I really enjoy this podcast but you guys lose a star by having stingers that are disproportionately loud, meaning that I have to fish my phone out of my pocket 5 times a cast, and lower the volume for the intro of each segment then bring the volume back up to listen to the content. Otherwise 5 stars!
Revisionist history
I enjoy the podcast although there seems to be some clear revisionist history. You continue to give Democratic Governors and other Democrats the credit for overturning the 1992 Act. However it was Chris Christie a republican and wasn’t until Neil Gorsuch who was nominated by a Republican who actually overturned the law. I would challenge you to see which Justices voted to overturn the law and which didn’t. It was the Republican nominees who the law and changes sports betting for all Americans and gave you a reason to host this podcast.
