I consider myself a podcast professional because I listen to podcasts all the time. What I like about this one is it is coming from a unique perspective with agent Rich Paul. I want you to succeed so I'm gonna give you some pointers. That make good podcasts fantastic. I promise these tweaks will start bringing many more podcast listeners to subscribe.
1. Listeners want to feel part of the podcast family.. That means include us in your personal lives. Max you talk about family in present time. Rich you talk about past family life. But it is present life family is what shows us the real you. Adele is not a dirty word. If she is truly your soulmate then tell us that. She said you are funny and very caring. She gushed about you throughout her concerts. Adele loves talking about personal matters take a page from her play book and do the same. All you say is "I". Like you are the only person to exist in your world. We just see and hear an egotistical business man. That works for your Klutch image. Podcasts are informal, personal they feel like family. Listen to the Kelce bros. Podcast They constantly talk about sports but also their family life. Love them and their families, they seem so genuine. All the best podcasts do the same.
2. Max please talk slower, quieter, stop interrupting Rich, stop upsetting him, and don't hog the mike. Realize there are subjects off limits to Rich so respect them. Max try to stay on one sport at a time. You ramble and talk too long at times
3. Rich let loose like you were on Fat Joes podcast. Rich you seem very organized so maybe work on an outline to help Max stick to the topics of the podcast. Max goes from talking football to a breath later LJ.
4. Get some guests on. Jokic, Nix, the Kelce bros., They don't have to be sports stars or experts. The Kelce bros had Tay, their mom, wife Kylie.
Rich be brave and bold and invite Adele, your daughter, and sons on. Maybe even Angelo. They all know sports and the take on USA versus English sports would be exciting.
So this is my take on how to have a successful podcast. Use my knowledge or don't but if you crash from not listening to my advice too bad.
