We discuss whether international football is essential at this time or could it be avoided. We will be discussing topics such as Eamonn's playing/refereeing career, tips on how to improve as a ref and what is being done to improve the referring corp. We will also cover the "soft" skills for a ref and what Eamonn's advice is on remaining calm under pressure, handling difficult players and dealing with players who try to use their reputation to sway the head ref.
