    In the world of content creation and social media strategy, Nicky Saunders is an influential voice who educates her mass following on growing their online presence with techniques that are organic and impactful. As a personal branding specialist best known for her skill in video editing, Saunders is the strategist behind the growth of motivational speaker Eric Thomas’s online community, increasing his Facebook and Instagram accounts from 300,000 followers to 2 million in a year and a half. Saunders is driven to help her digital community by not only giving them tools and resources that are distinctive from others, but to help them feel comfortable with telling their stories in a way that feels true to them. Based on the results she achieved for Thomas and his team, Saunders was encouraged to start her own agency in 2018. She created Beastmode Digital (relaunching as Deeper Than The Brand), an online community and one-stop-shop for assisting speakers, authors, coaches, and entertainers with services like consulting, graphic and web design, content creation, and online course development. Outside of her agency and being head of media and online branding for Thomas, Saunders is a partner in several projects, including Social Media Examiner – a social media marketing resource destination – where she is an instructor in their society and helping to organize their video summit, and Thomas’s new program extreme execution, which helps coaches and entrepreneurs create six-figure businesses by teaching them how to tap into their strengths and identify how to be their best selves through a Flight Assessment. Currently, Saunders is the co-host of the Nicky and Moose Podcast, where, along with her co-host Mostafa Ghonim, they take an inside look into the world’s top personal brands and businesses to reveal the blueprint behind their success.

    Monica McNutt is a freelance sports reporter, host, and basketball analyst based in Washington, D.C. In 2021 McNutt added the ESPN programs Sportscenter, Around the Horn, Highly Questionable and The Jump to her roster of network opportunities. She is currently the co-host of MSG PM on MSG Networks and is a basketball analyst for Fox Sports 1, CBS Sports Network, Turner/NBA TV, and the ACC Network. Her weekly podcast “Buckets, Boards, and Blocks” presented by Pure Hoops Media is available every Thursday. “I have found that getting to do multiple things makes you better at all things,” McNutt told the Washington Post in February. She is proud of the multiple roles she can play in the media landscape and has no problem shedding traditional roles to thrive in the digital space. Above all, she is proud to be an example to the young women watching her and offer her perspective in the daily sports conversations. Her past stops include WJLA ABC7/ News Channel 8 in Washington, D.C., The American Sports Network, BeIN Sports and NBC Sports Washington.     Ashlyn Phelps is from Tulsa, OK and graduated from Broken Arrow High School back in 2014 earning a state championship in basketball with her team going 28-0, breaking school history. She continued her education at Butler Community College, earning her associates degree and playing women’s college basketball for a top 10 ranked team. In 2016, after suffering a knee injury and having  her 3rd surgery on the same knee, Ashlyn made the difficult decision to hang up the jersey after finishing out her 2015-2016 season. Continuing her education, Ashlyn finished her undergrad at the University of Arkansas. In 2020, Ashlyn married the love of her life, Jordan Phelps, where they currently reside in Tulsa, OK. Ashlyn is dedicated to working for Bank of Oklahoma – Financial as well has co-owning a wedding + event planning business – Poppy + Prim. Outside of work, Ashlyn enjoys serving those in need, actively participating with organizations to help end racism, homelessness, and social injustice. Her hobbies include, CrossFit, watching all sorts of basketball, hanging out with friends/family, and raising a Goldendoodle named Benji.
