    Welcome to the podcast that describes the mechanic that can make the world fun: gamification.   In this episode, we take a deep dive into how video games have mastered the art of engagement and motivation because that is how they survive, customers being engaged with their product. They understand the mechanics and drives behind people.   We talk about how Yu Kai Chou broke apart these drives in his chart "Octalysis" which visually shows these drives and makes it easy to understand. We then go into each and every one of these eight core drives, but quickly.   We then go into certain topics and brainstorm HOW gamification could be implemented. There are a billion ways, but in this episode we quickly show ways you could do so.
