Gareth Jones On Speed

Gareth and team continually produce great content, whether it's the vehicle reviews, factory tours, or conversation among the lads. Lovely.

Gareth, Richard, and Zog (and occasionally Violet) put together a great podcast.  They cover cars: new cars, old cars, concept, cars, rally racing, formula racing, endurance racing, you name it.  And they do it with a great, wry, tongue-in-cheek, sense of humor.  From working in the automotive press they have a fair number of professional connections as well, and they put them to good when making their podcast, but they manage to do it in such a way that they seem to be talking WITH you rather than AT you.  These guys are real fans too, and not just "the press"  and it really shows.  They get genuinely excited.  (You can almost hear Gareth drool on the microphone when he talks about Aston Martins.)  They also insert satirical skits and songs about the car industry and racing. This is just a great listen and I highly recommend it.

Just found this one a few days ago and I'm hooked. A wide range of auto-related topics and hosts who are both intelligent and funny. Of course, being a British podcast, the focus is more on the European auto world but that's just fine with me. I just wish I'd found it sooner.

Better than a sack of moist badgers.
