In this episode we talk to the captivating and courageous Kirstin.  She is a powerful force.  Kirstin deep dives into her life growing up in an extremely Lutheran household and community and the way that truly has impacted her, even after leaving the community and church.  Kirstin also opens up about her experience with sensitive topics such as sexual assault.  TW: This episode is very raw and honest and contains discussions on topics such as sexual violence and abuse.   We truly thank Kirstin for her candor and humor while engaging with such sensitive topics.

    In this episode we speak with Keller Hartline.  Keller has been a buddhist monk at Gampo Abbey in Nova Scotia for the past THREE YEARS.  We talk about some of his realizations, his unique perspectives and challenge the notion of duality.  Keller is a unique soul with a unique journey, and we think listening to a person who has dedicated the past few years of their lives to the practice of meditation and self reflection is a special experience. We hope you enjoy as much as we did!  -We did have quite a few technical issues, perhaps because Keller is followed by a demon, or because Berit is a witch. Very hard to say which.
