get familiar is professional development space for educators and social workers who are critical of the society in which they live and work. In this podcast, we discuss developing and sustaining a critical and radical professional identity that pushes back and redefines the status quo. We interview emerging and established leaders in each field and attempt to capture an accurate and engaged representation of the constraints we work under and the possibilities open to us during a time of crisis and constraint.
