Houston Police have been asked to stop using markers from the popular chain Whataburger to mark evidence at crime scenes. The practice developed because they apparently don’t carry official evidence signs and typically arrive prior to any formal CSI units. 2. D.C. bar known as The Bird has started offering a “You’re Fired” happy hour which is offered any time Donald Trump, as POTUS, fires a government official. This slashes the already cheapened happy hour specials an extra 50%. 3. After a disappointing launch at Chipotle, the burrito chain is contemplating removing their most recent offering, chorizo, from the menu. This comes after the reveal that the chicken and pork protein accounts for only about 3% of sales at the chain. This will make room for potential new items including a new salad with avocado citrus dressing, margaritas, and queso. Pretzel chain Auntie Anne’s has announced that they will be letting the people decide the next flavored pretzel they will start having at their stores. The ten flavor options available to vote on via their Pretzel Nation Creation promo were narrowed down after over 1200 submissions were made to the popular mall food court staple. Some of the flavors include dill pickle, sriracha, apple pie, and pink lemonade. 2. A viral thief on Instagram, who has gained a following after stealing things like food from fast food establishments, was arrested in Florida after attempting to steal over $40 worth of donuts from a Dunkin Donuts. The individual, who goes by the name of Boonk on social media, was arrested after jumping the counter, taking a tray of donuts, and screaming “I’m da real f*****g savage.” He was given 60 days probation. 3. Taco Bell is running a new promo with the popular travel app Lyft. Users using the app can no go into a “Taco Mode” which makes plans for the Lyft driver to stop at a nearby Taco Bell en route to the destination. Currently the only test market is Orange County, CA. 4. A Chrome extension has gone viral featuring the now infamous dancing hot dog meme that debuted as a Snapchat filter. The extension, called “Hotdog Hell,” replaces all images on Facebook with a picture of the titular character.
