Best thing I’ve decided to to

I have struggled with weight loss and eating disorders for 6 years. I found your podcast yesterday and I think it’s safe to say I found my happy place. I want to say thank you for making these podcasts, I don’t feel so alone in this recovery/fitness journey anymore!!

Listening to this made me happy

Listening to this podcast made me happy and excited. Changing your lifestyle is hard but after listening to a couple of episodes of this podcast it made me want to get back into it (seriously) and to stop beating myself up when I slip.
