This show is all about talking to someone who is unabashedly excited about something and letting that excitement and positivity in. Also, you get to hear about an eclectic range of topics you would never find together anywhere else.
The hosts do a great job of drawing out the most exciting and interesting things from their guests, who are uniformly passionate about their subject matter. On top of that, the production value is right where it needs to be.

The format of the show is simple: Aly and Mel interview a guest. The guest talks emphatically about something they are hyped about. And then this turns into some of the most joyous podcast listening I've experienced. Seriously, hearing the theme music gets me in my happy place, and then the interviews help me surpass that space into something transcendental. It's an exploration into the height of what it means to be human: Curiosity, knowledge, and joy.
