Trauma is often not talked about and we want to make sure it is so that we can see how it affects us and find intentional ways to heal together. We will learn what trauma is, how it shows up in society, how it might affect you, and ways we can heal it. We will explore a new topic each month and provide a tool that may help in your healing journey with trauma.
