    We don’t often hear what that time is like when you’re starting to suspect that something’s not quite right with your mental health.In this episode of Get Psyched Sharna, Ella, Luke and Lis describe that time in their lives, how they felt, what they did, and importantly what they learned. Which is what the clinicians focus on too; the learning.     How to get or give help. Six.

    What does the process of getting help for your mental health look like? Whether that helps comes from friends or family or is professional help, is there a standard way? In listening to Lis, Ella, Sharna and Luke we learn that it's different for everyone; for some it’s smooth sailing, for others they learnt techniques that made it less scary or less awkward. Plus, each of them learned what self-care means for them and tell us what they do now to keep on top of their mental health.
