How to Negotiate Your Rent in 2026 (Most People Don’t Know This)

Most renters have no idea they’re overpaying by thousands of dollars a year, and it’s not their fault. The system is designed so you never realize how much leverage you actually have. In this episode, I break down why renters hold the power right now, how to negotiate smarter, and why the current market dynamic is giving tenants the upper hand for the first time in years. But this conversation goes bigger than rent. It’s about quality of life, safety, freedom, and why people are leaving cities like New York, LA, and London for places like Miami, Dubai, and Singapore. In this episode, you’ll learn: - Why renters are overpaying, and how the market secretly favors tenants right now - The exact strategy to save $1,000+ on your next lease - How to negotiate directly with decision-makers (and what to say) - Why high-earners are leaving NYC and LA despite big salaries - Why Miami, Dubai, and Singapore are the top global destinations for opportunity and safety - The three things every human wants: freedom, safety, and economic opportunity - How shifting cities can radically change your quality of life Like this episode? 4. What Hard Times Taught Me About Gratitude

    12월 2일

What Hard Times Taught Me About Gratitude

Most people talk about gratitude like it’s a simple list: family, health, success. But real gratitude, the kind that transforms you, is earned through adversity. Through the hard seasons. Through the moments you weren’t sure you’d make it to the other side. In this episode, I open up about the experiences that shaped my own gratitude: coming to Florida in 2007 with no job and three little kids, building a life from nothing, walking through health crises, and learning what it really means to stay grounded, stay focused, and keep going. These aren’t clichés. These are lived moments that changed my DNA. And today, I want to share what those moments taught me, and how you can find powerful gratitude inside your own challenges. In this episode, you’ll learn: - Why gratitude built through adversity lasts the longest - How fear changes once you’ve walked through the unknown - The real story of rebuilding your life in a new place - What health scares can teach you about purpose and perspective - Why growing apart from certain people is part of evolving - How to find your “why” when everything feels uncertain - The mindset shift that turns struggle into strength Like this episode?
