Sit down with yourself and think of all those who you have feelings of resentment and figure out why. Then take the lesson that experience has provided you and let everything else go. Turn the narrative around, find what you could learn, how you could be better and slowly see the peace that it will bring into your heart. As always remember, to put the emphasis on you!

    Childhood trauma can definitely play a role in the kind of person we become. It can affect the decisions we make, and can create stories in our head that aren't necessarily the truth. My childhood traumas played a role in my feeling of unworthiness and me not feeling like I was enough. Today, I come here to tell you that I AM enough, and so are YOU!
