    Have you ever looked at someone you’ve just met and gotten an uneasy feeling? You’re not sure why, they seem pleasant enough, but there’s just this feeling in the pit of your stomach that something isn’t adding up. Or maybe you are about to walk out of your door for the day, but as you turn the handle, there is something in your chest that makes you feel as though you shouldn’t go to that event. Sometimes we get these gut feelings that tell us something is off. Like our unconscious mind is sending out a red alert that we haven’t quite worked out yet.
