Wonderful writing and a delightfully spooky set of stories

Moving from the East Coast to Hawaii, to several other places around the globe, I always get a touch of homesickness. I’m homesick for the autumn, for the way that the area is always touched by a hint of eerie-ness that doesn’t exist anywhere else. And when I feel these moments of homesickness, this podcast is my saving grace.

Liz is a phenomenal storyteller, with a brilliant mind and a tip-notch skill for writing. Her voice is soothing and yet dynamic; I’m never bored with her narrations. I have listened to her podcast over and over again, and I never tire of her tantalizingly spine-chilling stories.

I’ve seen several of the reviewers here complaining that Liz takes breaks, and that she’s inconsistent. To that, I’d like to say: this is a podcast that you are enjoying FOR FREE. Liz is a mother, a wife, and a PERSON. This podcast is her personal project, not something that she’s making millions off of. Yes, she takes time off. But that’s to be expected, and frankly, I would rather wait and receive high-quality content than have her be utterly exhausted and produce less-than-stellar stories.

Also, for those saying that the stories aren’t real: DUH. She’s mentioned this. This is a fun podcast, and she’s creating a world for listeners to get lost in. Did you also think Harry Potter was real? For the love of God, DONT leave a one-star review because you “don’t believe the stories are true”. SHEESH.

Overall, Liz is just fantastic. She’s the kind of person I would love to be friends with, and I really adore this podcast. I look forward to any future work from her.
