    Parenting is special gift  that many of us are blessed to experience. However sometimes when the parents "Relationship " ends the parental relationship with the child tends to suffer. As their advocate it is OUR job as parents to mold, nurture and love our children. Ultimately the goal is to pour into your child the best parts of ourselves.

    Therapy: It's ok! Really. We all could use a little help.

    "Don't tell the family secrets," "You have me, you don't need to talk to anyone," or "black people don't go to therapy!" That's we we've been told, and because of this mindset, some of us struggle to get the help that we need in seeking therapy.
