On one side, people with no nutrition knowledge can google a FODMAP diet and have a reasonable idea of what foods to avoid and which ones to consume more frequently.  At the same time, many people might fall for the dietary dogma of the moment, follow a celebrity's extreme diet, or plan their meals copying a "what I eat during the day" reel on Instagram, just to break their faces against the only universal truth of health and fitness: each wellness journey is unique.  This week, we hear about holistic nutrition, weight loss, mental health, and communications from the multifaceted expert Maryann Walsh.
