Giving Up is the podcast where three aging Millennials talk about giving up: surrendering to the inexorable march of time and their inevitable demise. Each week we talk about why the world is mad at us and then we vote on who has the most interesting topic to talk about as it relates to our generation's unique spot as people who grew up with the internet but still remembers what life was like before it. Fueled by (un)diagnosed ADHD we cover a range of topics from pop culture, to parenting, generational warfare, and beyond.

Transcends Generational Differences
I am part of Generation X, so not part of the hosts’ age cohort; nevertheless, I enjoy the hosts’ discussions. Their life experiences are not so distinct from mine that I cannot relate, yet they have insights into experiences such as parenthood and working in the restaurant industry in NYC that are distinct from my own. I like the TV show recommendations, and I enjoy the unexpected rants such as the recent, spirited discussion of lighting. I look forward to listening to future episodes.
Embrace Giving Up
I drop everything and listen to this podcast immediately when an episode pops up on my feed. I’ve listened to enough episodes that I’m developing a parasocial relationship to the hosts who are in my millennial age bracket and it’s comforting to see that our generational struggle is real. The topics and culture covers are vast, interesting and funny. I highly recommend if you don’t have a catty or chatty friend group. As Stefon exclaims, “This podcast has everything!”
Inspiring!
Giving up is cool. Accept the warm, sweet embrace of giving up.
