Felix Lindner ist gelernter Goldschmied und arbeitet neben seiner zeitgenössischen Schmuckpraxis als Lehrer für Metallgestaltung und Goldschmieden am Staatlichen Berufsschulzentrum (Arnstadt-Ilmenau) in Arnstadt.

Mit Felix Lindner sprechen wir über das Lehren, Inhalte sowie Perspektiven in der Goldschmiedeausbildung. Dabei geht es um sich abzeichnende Entwicklungen im Berufsfeld des Golschmiedens sowie um Ideen und Möglichkeiten, den Beruf wieder mehr zu etablieren.

Die Gestaltungsprinzipien der Schmuckkünstlerin Sunhi Jäger bewegen sich im Spannungsfeld östlicher wie westlicher Kultur und vernetzen Bedeutungszusammenhänge beider Kulturen miteinander. Sunhi Jäger lässt uns an ihren Gedanken über ein erweitertes Schmuckverständnis teilhaben und wie es sich in ihren Denk- wie Arbeitsprozessen sowie der praktischen Ausführung zeigt. Wir sprechen zudem über das Erzählen von Materialität und seiner Zeitlichkeit, ebenso über die Personen und Orte, die Sunhi Jägers Arbeit wie auch das Sprechen über diese prägten.

About the importance of connecting different disciplines, the values and the understandability of jewellery we talked with Loukia Richards and Christoph Ziegler. 

Both are multidisciplinary artists, based in Greek and Germany. They initiated a range of projects, network platforms and mediation formats about which we got some impressions in this episode. Furthermore got some thoughts about the current situation and the needs of jewellery.

Die Ausstellung solid creatures fluid features auf der SCHMUCK 2022 in München zeigt 7 Positionen von Künstler*innen aus Halle und Leipzig.
