Thank you to everyone who tuned into my live video! Join me for my next live video in the app. Acts 7:1 NKJV Then the high priest said, “Are these things so?“ God of Glory Acts 7:2 NKJV And he(Stephen) said, “Brethren and fathers, listen: The God of glory appeared to our father Abraham when he was in Mesopotamia, before he dwelt in Haran, Abraham saw the glory of God before he saw the promise. Waymaker Acts 7:3 NKJV “and said to him, ‘Get out of your country and from your relatives, and come to a land that I will show you.’ Abraham had to leave what he was familiar. He had to walk into the unknown in order to receive where God was taking him. Acts 7:4 NKJV “Then he came out of the land of the Chaldeans and dwelt in Haran. And from there, when his father was dead, He moved him to this land in which you now dwell. Once Abraham’s father was dead, God moved him to the land where he dwelt. Terah was an idol maker. He had to detach himself from the idolatry to be able to go where God was taking him. Where do you need to leave the familiar to go where God is taking you? Acts 7:5 NKJV “And [God] gave him no inheritance in it, not even [enough] to set his foot on. But even when [Abraham] had no child, He promised to give it to him for a possession, and to his descendants after him. Acts 7:6 NKJV “But God spoke in this way: that his descendants would dwell in a foreign land, and that they would bring them into bondage and oppress [them] four hundred years. God knew that they would be in bondage and oppressed for 400 years. Bondage Breaker Acts 7:7 NKJV ‘And the nation to whom they will be in bondage I will judge,’ said God, ‘and after that they shall come out and serve Me in this place.’ God will judge the nation that bond them. After the bondage, they would serve God in the place we he told them. Covenant Keeping God Acts 7:8 NKJV “Then He gave him the covenant of circumcision; and so [Abraham] begot Isaac and circumcised him on the eighth day; and Isaac [begot] Jacob, and Jacob [begot] the twelve patriarchs. Deliverer Acts 7:9 NKJV “And the patriarchs, becoming envious, sold Joseph into Egypt. But God was with him Acts 7:10 NKJV “and delivered him out of all his troubles, and gave him favor and wisdom in the presence of Pharaoh, king of Egypt; and he made him governor over Egypt and all his house. Jireh-Provider Acts 7:11 NKJV “Now a famine and great trouble came over all the land of Egypt and Canaan, and our fathers found no sustenance. Acts 7:12 NKJV “But when Jacob heard that there was grain in Egypt, he sent out our fathers first. Acts 7:13 NKJV “And the second [time] Joseph was made known to his brothers, and Joseph’s family became known to the Pharaoh. Acts 7:14 NKJV “Then Joseph sent and called his father Jacob and all his relatives to [him], seventy-five people. Acts 7:15 NKJV “So Jacob went down to Egypt; and he died, he and our fathers. Acts 7:16 NKJV “And they were carried back to Shechem and laid in the tomb that Abraham bought for a sum of money from the sons of Hamor, [the father] of Shechem. Promise Keeper Acts 7:17 NKJV “But when the time of the promise drew near which God had sworn to Abraham, the people grew and multiplied in Egypt Acts 7:18 NKJV “till another king arose who did not know Joseph. Acts 7:19 NKJV “This man dealt treacherously with our people, and oppressed our forefathers, making them expose their babies, so that they might not live. Acts 7:20 NKJV “At this time Moses was born, and was well pleasing to God; and he was brought up in his father’s house for three months. Acts 7:21 NKJV “But when he was set out, Pharaoh’s daughter took him away and brought him up as her own son. Acts 7:22 NKJV “And Moses was learned in all the wisdom of the Egyptians, and was mighty in words and deeds. Acts 7:23 NKJV “Now when he was forty years old, it came into his heart to visit his brethren, the children of Israel. Defender/Avenger Acts 7:24 NKJV “And seeing one of [them] suffer wrong, he defended and avenged him who was oppressed, and struck down the Egyptian. Acts 7:25 NKJV “For he supposed that his brethren would have understood that God would deliver them by his hand, but they did not understand. Reconcile Acts 7:26 NKJV “And the next day he appeared to [two of] them as they were fighting, and [tried to] reconcile them, saying, ‘Men, you are brethren; why do you wrong one another?’ Acts 7:27 NKJV “But he who did his neighbor wrong pushed him away, saying, ‘Who made you a ruler and a judge over us? Acts 7:28 NKJV ‘Do you want to kill me as you did the Egyptian yesterday?’ Acts 7:29 NKJV “Then, at this saying, Moses fled and became a dweller in the land of Midian, where he had two sons. Consuming Fire Acts 7:30 NKJV “And when forty years had passed, an Angel of the Lord appeared to him in a flame of fire in a bush, in the wilderness of Mount Sinai. Moses was 80 when God called him. You still have time to do the work God has called to do. Fire displayed his presence . Exodus 24:17 NKJV The sight of the glory of the LORD [was] like a consuming fire on the top of the mountain in the eyes of the children of Israel. Deuteronomy 4:24 NKJV “For the LORD your God [is] a consuming fire, a jealous God. Deuteronomy 9:3 NKJV “Therefore understand today that the LORD your God [is] He who goes over before you [as] a consuming fire. He will destroy them and bring them down before you; so you shall drive them out and destroy them quickly, as the LORD has said to you. Hebrews 12:29 NKJV For our God [is] a consuming fire. He will consume all his enemies. Acts 7:31 NKJV “When Moses saw [it], he marveled at the sight; and as he drew near to observe, the voice of the Lord came to him, God communicated directly with moses. Holy Acts 7:32 NKJV “[saying], ‘I [am] the God of your fathers--the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob.’ And Moses trembled and dared not look. Acts 7:33 NKJV ‘Then the LORD said to him, “Take your sandals off your feet, for the place where you stand is holy ground. We can’t just approach a Holy God without reverence. Jesus gave us access to Him. We are to still revere Him Psalm 24:3-4 Who may ascend the hill of the LORD? Who may stand in His holy place? He who has clean hands and a pure heart, who does not lift up his soul to an idol or swear deceitfully. El Roi Acts 7:34 NKJV “I have surely seen the oppression of My people who are in Egypt; I have heard their groaning and have come down to deliver them. And now come, I will send you to Egypt.” ‘ Ruler and Judge Acts 7:35 NKJV “This Moses whom they rejected, saying, ‘Who made you a ruler and a judge?‘ is the one God sent [to be] a ruler and a deliverer by the hand of the Angel who appeared to him in the bush. The God of Signs and Wonders Acts 7:36 NKJV “He brought them out, after he had shown wonders and signs in the land of Egypt, and in the Red Sea, and in the wilderness forty years. Acts 7:37 NKJV “This is that Moses who said to the children of Israel, ‘The LORD your God will raise up for you a Prophet like me from your brethren. Him you shall hear.’ Jesus become the prophet. John 6:14 When the people saw the sign that Jesus had performed, they began to say, “Truly this is the Prophet who is to come into the world.” Acts 7:38 NKJV “This is he who was in the congregation in the wilderness with the Angel who spoke to him on Mount Sinai, and [with] our fathers, the one who received the living oracles to give to us, Acts 7:39 NKJV “whom our fathers would not obey, but rejected. And in their hearts they turned back to Egypt, Acts 7:40 NKJV “saying to Aaron, ‘Make us gods to go before us; [as for] this Moses who brought us out of the land of Egypt, we do not know what has become of him.’ Acts 7:41 NKJV “And they made a calf in those days, offered sacrifices to the idol, and rejoiced in the works of their own hands. Acts 7:42 NKJV “Then God turned and gave them up to worship the host of heaven, as it is written in the book of the Prophets: ‘Did you offer Me slaughtered animals and sacrifices [during] forty years in the wilderness, O house of Israel? Romans 1:24-26 4Therefore God also gave them up to uncleanness, in the lusts of their hearts, to dishonor their bodies among themselves, 25who exchanged the truth of God for the lie, and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen. 26For this reason God gave them up to vile passions. Just Acts 7:43 NKJV You also took up the tabernacle of Moloch, And the star of your god Remphan, Images which you made to worship; And I will carry you away beyond Babylon.’ Acts 7:44 NKJV “Our fathers had the tabernacle of witness in the wilderness, as He appointed, instructing Moses to make it according to the pattern that he had seen, Acts 7:45 NKJV “which our fathers, having received it in turn, also brought with Joshua into the land possessed by the Gentiles, whom God drove out before the face of our fathers until the days of David, Acts 7:46 NKJV “who found favor before God and asked to find a dwelling for the God of Jacob. Acts 7:47 NKJV “But Solomon built Him a house. Most High Acts 7:48 NKJV “However, the Most High does not dwell in temples made with hands, as the prophet says: Acts 7:49 NKJV ‘Heaven [is] My throne, And earth [is] My footstool. What house will you build for Me? says the LORD, Or what [is] the place of My rest? Maker of ALL things Acts 7:50 NKJV Has My hand not made all these things?’ Acts 7:51 NKJV “[You] stiff-necked and uncircumcised in heart and ears! You always resist the Holy Spirit; as your fathers [did], so [do] you. Acts 7:52 NKJV “Which of the prophets did your fathers not persecute? And they killed those who foretold the coming of the Just One, of whom you now have become the betrayers and murderers, Acts 7:53 NKJV “who have received the law by the directio

FIRE Challenge Day 12 'CHOSEN TO SERVE"Live with Alnesha Wilson

Thank you to everyone who tuned into my live video! Join me for my next live video in the app. Complaining Acts 6:1 NKJV Now in those days, when [the number of] the disciples was multiplying, there arose a complaint against the Hebrews by the Hellenists, because their widows were neglected in the daily distribution. With growth, there would be conflict, order will be needed. Complaint from the Hellenist(Greek culture) vs Hebrews(Jewish) The Greek speaking Jews vs the Native Jews. Both sets of people are believers Galatians 3:28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, slave nor free, male nor female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus. They were complaining because the widows were neglected in daily distribution. Remember they had the distribution for those who were in need This Old Testament… spirit of complaining was starting to arise as the numbers rise. With multiplication, the disunity would become a threat. Satan went from intimidation(prison) to causing division. Commission Acts 6:2 NKJV Then the twelve summoned the multitude of the disciples and said, “It is not desirable that we should leave the word of God and serve tables. With multiplication, there would need to be order. So the apostles were going to have delegate . So the Twelve called a meeting of all the believers. They said, “We apostles should spend our time teaching the word of God, not running a food program. NLT The twelve disciples told the multitude yall are capable of serving. We can’t leave the word of God. It was their mission to preach the word. 2 Timothy 4:2 NKJV Preach the word! Be ready in season [and] out of season. Convince, rebuke, exhort, with all longsuffering and teaching. 1 Timothy 4:13 Until I come, devote yourself to the public reading of Scripture, to exhortation, and to teaching. Acts 6:3 NKJV “Therefore, brethren, seek out from among you seven men of [good] reputation, full of the Holy Spirit and wisdom, whom we may appoint over this business; Seek out 7(completion) men: * Good reputation * Full of the Holy Spirit * Wise God never meant for us to carry anything alone. Not in our faith, family or friendship. Elevate what you are carrying and look for ways to delegate. Moses had to get delegation. Exodus 18:17-26 But Moses’ father-in-law said to him, “What you are doing is not good. / Surely you and these people with you will wear yourselves out, because the task is too heavy for you. You cannot handle it alone. Numbers 11:14-17 I cannot carry all these people by myself; it is too burdensome for me. This also why we have gifts in the church. 1 Corinthians 12:28 And in the church God has appointed first of all apostles, second prophets, third teachers, then workers of miracles, and those with gifts of healing, helping, administration, and various tongues. Continue Acts 6:4 NKJV “but we will give ourselves continually to prayer and to the ministry of the word.“ Their mission remained to continue in prayer and minister the word Colossians 4:2 NKJV Continue earnestly in prayer, being vigilant in it with thanksgiving; Prayer is the pre-requisite of the ministry of the word. From the beginning, they are in prayer. They couldn’t do their ministry effectively if they were feeding the folk, praying and teaching. There had to be something off their plate. They were called to spiritually feed the people. Acts 6:5 NKJV And the saying pleased the whole multitude. And they chose Stephen, a man full of faith and the Holy Spirit, and Philip, Prochorus, Nicanor, Timon, Parmenas, and Nicolas, a proselyte from Antioch, Everyone was pleased with them saying that. We see unity again. They could make a decison together. Stephen was noted in the Scripture to be a man full of faith and the Holy Spirit Acts 6:6 NKJV whom they set before the apostles; and when they had prayed, they laid hands on them. They had the the blessing and covering of the apostles. The apostles took all the matters to the Lord in prayer. Jesus prayed before picking the disciples. Luke 6:12-13 In those days Jesus went out to the mountain to pray, and He spent the night in prayer to God. When daylight came, He called His disciples to Him and chose twelve of them, whom He also designated as apostles: Acts 6:7 NKJV Then the word of God spread, and the number of the disciples multiplied greatly in Jerusalem, and a great many of the priests were obedient to the faith. They go back to the mission field and it takes off. The Word spreads. Disciples multiplied greatly. Priests were obedient to the faith. Getting saved 2 Thessalonians 3:1 Finally, brothers, pray for us, that the word of the Lord may spread quickly and be held in honor, just as it was with you. Acts 6:8 NKJV And Stephen, full of faith and power, did great wonders and signs among the people. Stephen full of faith. This is the second time, this is noted. He had the Holy Spirit and now this verse, he has power. Stephen means crown. 1st public minister of the Word after the apostles. He did wonders and sign among the people. Council Acts 6:9 NKJV Then there arose some from what is called the Synagogue of the Freedmen (Cyrenians, Alexandrians, and those from Cilicia and Asia), disputing with Stephen. These people were from every region The warfare is spiritual; it just shows up in people. Acts 6:10 NKJV And they were not able to resist the wisdom and the Spirit by which he spoke. When you have the wisdom of the Word and the Holy Spirit, it is hard for any opposition to come up against you. Luke 21:15 NKJV “for I will give you a mouth and wisdom which all your adversaries will not be able to contradict or resist. Isaiah 54:17 NKJV No weapon formed against you shall prosper, And every tongue [which] rises against you in judgment You shall condemn. This [is] the heritage of the servants of the LORD, And their righteousness [is] from Me,” Says the LORD. Matthew 10:20 NKJV “for it is not you who speak, but the Spirit of your Father who speaks in you. Acts 6:11 NKJV Then they secretly induced men to say, “We have heard him speak blasphemous words against Moses and God.” Secret induced men, these men had to be workers of iniquity if you can be induced to speak a lie. Proverbs 6:19 NKJV A false witness [who] speaks lies, And one who sows discord among brethren. Acts 6:12 NKJV And they stirred up the people, the elders, and the scribes; and they came upon [him], seized him, and brought [him] to the council. They have stirred up the people, and the council. They seized Stephen and bought him into the council. Same strategy against Jesus when he was before Pointus Pilate. Acts 6:13 NKJV They also set up false witnesses who said, “This man does not cease to speak blasphemous words against this holy place and the law; They were accusing him speaking blasphemy non stop against the holy place and the law Acts 6:14 NKJV “for we have heard him say that this Jesus of Nazareth will destroy this place and change the customs which Moses delivered to us.” We heard him say… Acts 6:15 NKJV And all who sat in the council, looking steadfastly at him, saw his face as the face of an angel. Those who were in the council, was staring at him because his face was like an angel. Exodus 34:29 NKJV Now it was so, when Moses came down from Mount Sinai (and the two tablets of the Testimony [were] in Moses’ hand when he came down from the mountain), that Moses did not know that the skin of his face shone while he talked with Him. *my notes are very raw, see transcipt for more. F.I.R.E. Challenge Day 11 "ON TRIAL FOR TEACHING" Live with Alnesha Wilson

Thank you to everyone who tuned into my live video! Join me for my next live video in the app. ON TRIAL FOR TEACHING Acts 5:12-42 Acts 5:12 NKJV And through the hands of the apostles many signs and wonders were done among the people. And they were all with one accord in Solomon’s Porch. The are doing many sign and wonder in front the people They are still in this unity Solomon’s Porch was the place to be. Acts 5:13 NKJV Yet none of the rest dared join them, but the people esteemed them highly. But none of the rest [of the people, the non-believers] dared to associate with them; however, the people were holding them in high esteem and were speaking highly of them. You know how people are like. I can respect your faith and your relationship with God but I don’t want to join with what you got going on . Even though they have witnessed lame walk, and a couple fall dead they still wasn’t convinced Acts 5:14 NKJV[7l believers were increasingly added to the Lord, multitudes of both men and women, While the unbelievers were looking with high esteem. God was bringing multitudes of men and women. The gospel is universal. All faces, races, age and both male and female. Added to the lord-not membership of a church Acts 5:15 NKJV so that they brought the sick out into the streets and laid [them] on beds and couches, that at least the shadow of Peter passing by might fall on some of them. They (the believers) were bringing the sick folk out in the streets all laid out waiting for people to walk by so that could catch the shadow of Peter. They wasn’t on Solomon’s porch they were in the streets This faith and expectation touching the outsiders They bought the sick friends and family It wasn’t the shadow of Peter it was the shadow of the Almighty God Psalm 91:1 NKJV He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. Acts 5:16 NKJV Also a multitude gathered from the surrounding cities to Jerusalem, bringing sick people and those who were tormented by unclean spirits, and they were all healed. This is a different multitude from other areas coming to Jerusalem with expectancy to be healed. Bringing sick folks. Vexed and tormented, possessed people with unclean spirits -demons They were ALL HEALED That means the demons were cast out and the sick were made well. Matthew 8:16 NKJV When evening had come, they brought to Him many who were demon-possessed. And He cast out the spirits with a word, and healed all who were sick, Matthew 8:17 NKJV that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Isaiah the prophet, saying: “He Himself took our infirmities And bore [our] sicknesses.” Luke 9:1 NKJV Then He called His twelve disciples together and gave them power and authority over all demons, and to cure diseases. Ephesians 6:12 NKJV For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual [hosts] of wickedness in the heavenly [places]. Acts 5:17 NKJV Then the high priest rose up, and all those who [were] with him (which is the sect of the Sadducees), and they were filled with indignation, They are Jealous Acts 5:18 NKJV and laid their hands on the apostles and put them in the common prison. Acts 5:19 NKJV But at night an angel of the Lord opened the prison doors and brought them out, and said, You can’t lock down what God has opened up. The angel opened the prison doors Brought them out and then instructed them to speak LIFE Acts 5:20 NKJV “Go, stand in the temple and speak to the people all the words of this life.” John 6:35 NKJV And Jesus said to them, “I am the bread of life. He who comes to Me shall never hunger, and he who believes in Me shall never thirst. John 11:25 NKJV Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live. John 14:6 NKJV Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me. There are no bondage every chain is broken Where the spirit of the Lord is freedom Acts 5:21 NKJV And when they heard [that], they entered the temple early in the morning and taught. But the high priest and those with him came and called the council together, with all the elders of the children of Israel, and sent them to the prison to have them brought. Hearing the angel and being released they know have the confidence to continue Bright and early. But here come the high priest and his council with elders who sent to check on them in prison. Acts 5:22 NKJV But when the officers came and did not find them in the prison, they returned and reported, They get the realization they are not here. And the door was still lock Everything and everyone is in position except them. Acts 5:23 NKJV saying, “Indeed we found the prison shut securely, and the guards standing outside before the doors; but when we opened them, we found no one inside!” Acts 5:24 NKJV Now when the high priest, the captain of the temple, and the chief priests heard these things, they wondered what the outcome would be. They have to reconsider what is really going to be the outcome. Acts 5:25 NKJV So one came and told them, saying, “Look, the men whom you put in prison are standing in the temple and teaching the people!” The men you are looking for are still doing what you told them not to do. Acts 5:26 NKJV Then the captain went with the officers and brought them without violence, for they feared the people, lest they should be stoned. They started out with no violence. They fear the people not the God that just released the ones you locked up. Acts 5:27 NKJV And when they had brought them, they set [them] before the council. And the high priest asked them, They are bought back in for intimidation. There authority was slipping. Acts 5:28 NKJV saying, “Did we not strictly command you not to teach in this name? And look, you have filled Jerusalem with your doctrine, and intend to bring this Man’s blood on us!” We told yall to stop. Now the area is being filled with the doctrine of Christ that means its working its filling the people And you blaming us for his death. Acts 5:29 NKJV But Peter and the [other] apostles answered and said: “We ought to obey God rather than men. Peter again is letting them know. I answer to God not yall. God told us to preach his word You told me to not preach his word I have to go with God Acts 5:30 NKJV “The God of our fathers raised up Jesus whom you murdered by hanging on a tree. Peter again is accusing them of murder The took the curse of our transgression on the tree We nailed him to the cross Acts 5:31 NKJV “Him God has exalted to His right hand [to be] Prince and Savior, to give repentance to Israel and forgiveness of sins. We see that God exalted Jesus to his right hand Resurrection Jesus is the Prince and Savior He offers repentance and forgives for our salvation Acts 5:32 NKJV “And we are His witnesses to these things, and [so] also [is] the Holy Spirit whom God has given to those who obey Him.” They witnessed all the things The Holy is given to the obedient Acts 5:33 NKJV When they heard [this], they were furious and plotted to kill them. Okay so now yall have to be shut up permanently Acts 5:34 NKJV Then one in the council stood up, a Pharisee named Gamaliel, a teacher of the law held in respect by all the people, and commanded them to put the apostles outside for a little while. Everyone respected this man and he told the council to get off them apostles bc you dont even now what is going on. Acts 5:35 NKJV And he said to them: “Men of Israel, take heed to yourselves what you intend to do regarding these men. Job 42:2 “I know that You can do all things and that no plan of Yours can be thwarted. Then he gives two examples of men who had following but after they died the following died with them This was different Jesus died and ascended and the growth was going crazy Acts 5:36 NKJV “For some time ago Theudas rose up, claiming to be somebody. A number of men, about four hundred, joined him. He was slain, and all who obeyed him were scattered and came to nothing. Acts 5:37 NKJV “After this man, Judas of Galilee rose up in the days of the census, and drew away many people after him. He also perished, and all who obeyed him were dispersed. Acts 5:38 NKJV “And now I say to you, keep away from these men and let them alone; for if this plan or this work is of men, it will come to nothing; Acts 5:39 NKJV “but if it is of God, you cannot overthrow it--lest you even be found to fight against God.” You fight the wrong enemy if you find out this is God. When it’s God you can’t win this one. God will scatter his enemies. Psalm 68:1 NKJV To the Chief Musician. A Psalm of David. A Song. Let God arise, Let His enemies be scattered; Let those also who hate Him flee before Him. If God is for them, nothing can stop the plans of God. Not even a prison door can bind the plan of God. Romans 8:31 What then shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? Psalm 33:10-11 The LORD frustrates the plans of the nations; He thwarts the devices of the peoples. / The counsel of the LORD stands forever, the purposes of His heart to all generations. Acts 5:40 NKJV And they agreed with him, and when they had called for the apostles and beaten [them], they commanded that they should not speak in the name of Jesus, and let them go. They agree to the let them go but first lets beat the skin off you. Matthew 10:17 But beware of men, for they will hand you over to their councils and flog you in their synagogues. Commanded them again about not speaking in the name of Jesus Acts 5:41 NKJV So they departed from the presence of the council, rejoicing that they were counted worthy to suffer shame for His name. 1 Peter 4:14 If you are insulted for the name of Christ, you are blessed, because the Spirit of glory and of God rests on

F.I.R.E Live Day 10 "What you keeping back" with Alnesha Wilson

Thank you to everyone who tuned into my live video! Join me for my next live video in the app. WHAT ARE YOU KEEPING BACK? Acts 5:1-11 Acts 5:1 NKJV But a certain man named Ananias, with Sapphira his wife, sold a possession. Acts 5:2 NKJV And he kept back [part] of the proceeds, his wife also being aware [of it], and brought a certain part and laid [it] at the apostles’ feet. We ended yesterday with everyone giving their all now we have this couple who wanted to look like they were giving their all. But they held back. Pride. Self gain. Look like I am a giver but I’m holding back Maybe they want to sow a seed for a return. Some people think God is going to bless them. Being aware of it- she came in agreement What are you keeping back? God you can’t have that part! The love of money is the root of all evil. Acts 5:3 NKJV But Peter said, “Ananias, why has Satan filled your heart to lie to the Holy Spirit and keep back [part] of the price of the land for yourself? Peter begins to interrogate. Satan filled his heart so that: He lied to the Holy Spirit Keep back part of the price For yourself-selfish Acts 5:4 NKJV “While it remained, was it not your own? And after it was sold, was it not in your own control? Why have you conceived this thing in your heart? You have not lied to men but to God.“ Not your own, you could have given what you wanted. It was your choice to choose the amount and because Satan and selfishness was in his heart. He lied to the Holy Spirit and God. This was a heart issue Proverbs 17:20 NKJV He who has a deceitful heart finds no good, And he who has a perverse tongue falls into evil. Jeremiah 17:9 NKJV “The heart [is] deceitful above all [things], And desperately wicked; Who can know it? God loves cheerful giver 2 Corinthians 9:7 NKJV [So let] each one [give] as he purposes in his heart, not grudgingly or of necessity; for God loves a cheerful giver. Decide in your heart to give. 2 Corinthians 9:7 NLT You must each decide in your heart how much to give. And don’t give reluctantly or in response to pressure. “For God loves a person who gives cheerfully.” Acts 5:5 NKJV Then Ananias, hearing these words, fell down and breathed his last. So great fear came upon all those who heard these things. He hears these words and dropped dead God’s word pierced his heart literally. We know God holds the breath. He is the author and finisher of life. God took care of it. He didn’t want this level of deception to grow in the church. Those who heard about it. They were fearful The fear of the Lord was now in position. Acts 5:6 NKJV And the young men arose and wrapped him up, carried [him] out, and buried [him]. The wages of sin is death. Acts 5:7 NKJV Now it was about three hours later when his wife came in, not knowing what had happened. She doesn't know that she is a widow. She was probably wondering why he not back yet and went to check on him. Acts 5:8 NKJV And Peter answered her, “Tell me whether you sold the land for so much?” She said, “Yes, for so much.” She was prepared yes this much. Maybe the Holy Spirit told Peter the amount. Or maybe her husband said They had made a plan and she stuck with her husband. There is power in agreement rather its good or evil. Acts 5:9 NKJV Then Peter said to her, “How is it that you have agreed together to test the Spirit of the Lord? Look, the feet of those who have buried your husband [are] at the door, and they will carry you out.” Agreed together Amos 3:3 “Can two walk together without agreeing to meet?” ‭ Some translation say appointment which one of the mean betrothed (who you married to) That’s is also why it matters who you link and yoke yourself to. What fellowship to Satan and The lord Be not unequally yoked “What harmony can there be between Christ and Belial [the devil]? Or what has a believer in common with an unbeliever? What agreement [can there be between] a temple of God and idols? For we are the temple of the living God; even as God said, I will dwell in and with and among them and will walk in and with and among them, and I will be their God, and they shall be My people. [Exod. 25:8; 29:45; Lev. 26:12; Jer. 31:1; Ezek. 37:27.] So, come out from among [unbelievers], and separate (sever) yourselves from them, says the Lord, and touch not [any] unclean thing; then I will receive you kindly and treat you with favor, [Isa. 52:11.]” ‭‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭6‬:‭15‬-‭17‬ ‭AMPC‬‬ Being in submission to sin in not biblical. We are called to submit as to the Lord. The lord will not tell you to sin or lie against his Spirit. My favorite saying I ain’t going to hell or jail for nothing. If the man tell you to sin. It’s a no for me. I always think of this story. “BELOVED, DO not put faith in every spirit, but prove (test) the spirits to discover whether they proceed from God; for many false prophets have gone forth into the world.” ‭‭1 John‬ ‭4‬:‭1‬ ‭AMPC‬‬ Acts 5:10 NKJV Then immediately she fell down at his feet and breathed her last. And the young men came in and found her dead, and carrying [her] out, buried [her] by her husband. Deception is deadly. Acts 5:11 NKJV So great fear came upon all the church and upon all who heard these things. The fear was great. The fear of God was in position. All the church All those who heard. F.I.R.E Challenge Day 9 "PRAYING UNTIL SOMETHING SHAKES" Live with Alnesha Wilson

Thank you to everyone who tuned into my live video! Join me for my next live video in the app. Release & Report Acts 4:23 NKJV And being let go, they went to their own [companions] and reported all that the chief priests and elders had said to them. So because they could keep them in prison they were let go and now are telling all the other companions (disciples) what had been said to them. Response Acts 4:24 NKJV So when they heard that, they raised their voice to God with one accord and said: “Lord, You [are] God, who made heaven and earth and the sea, and all that is in them, Their first line of defense is prayer. So they raise their voice in one accord. They are unified. They acknowledged that God made heaven, earth and sea and everything and everyone in the earth. The kingdom of God is voice activated. The text said voice so its one person doing the praying according to commentary They prayed Scripture Psalm 2 We should pray Scripture: to fight the enemy, to praise God and proclaim His promises over us. Acts 4:25 NKJV “who by the mouth of Your servant David have said: ‘Why did the nations rage, And the people plot vain things? David said do nations rage and people plot against the Almighty God. TLB Acts 4:26 NKJV The kings of the earth took their stand, And the rulers were gathered together Against the LORD and against His Christ.’ God they took their stand now Lord you take yours, They are against you Almighty God and against your son Jesus. Acts 4:27 NKJV “For truly against Your holy Servant Jesus, whom You anointed, both Herod and Pontius Pilate, with the Gentiles and the people of Israel, were gathered together Revelation 17:14 NKJV “These will make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb will overcome them, for He is Lord of lords and King of kings; and those [who are] with Him [are] called, chosen, and faithful.” Revelation 19:16 NKJV And He has on [His] robe and on His thigh a name written: KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS. Revelation 12:10 NKJV Then I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, “Now salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of His Christ have come, for the accuser of our brethren, who accused them before our God day and night, has been cast down. Acts 4:28 NKJV “to do whatever Your hand and Your purpose determined before to be done. God has predetermined everything that needed to be done then and what needs to be done now. The enemy can only move in accordance to what the hand of God has determined. Request Acts 4:29 NKJV “Now, Lord, look on their threats, and grant to Your servants that with all boldness they may speak Your word, Acts 4:30 NKJV “by stretching out Your hand to heal, and that signs and wonders may be done through the name of Your holy Servant Jesus.” Their prayer request list and how we can apply to our lives: * Look at their threats (prayer for our enemies) * Grant your servants boldness (pray for boldness and servanthood) * Let them speak your Word (pray for understanding of the Word) * Let your hand do the healing(pray for healing) * Allow signs and wonders to be done through the name of Jesus (pray for God to move by Jesus) Results Acts 4:31 NKJV And when they had prayed, the place where they were assembled together was shaken; and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and they spoke the word of God with boldness. God heard their prayer. The place was shaking. We need some room and building shaken prayer meetings. Filled with the Holy Spirit Like yesterday. The needed to be continuously filled by the Holy Spirit. This is the 3rd time on the challenge, we see the filling of the Holy Spirit. We need the Holy Spirit to fill us up so that we can speak the word effectively and with boldness. Acts 4:32 NKJV Now the multitude of those who believed were of one heart and one soul; neither did anyone say that any of the things he possessed was his own, but they had all things in common. They are fully one. One heart. One soul. One band. Nothing was kept safe for self. Everything and everyone surrendered. Acts 4:33 NKJV And with great power the apostles gave witness to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus. And great grace was upon them all. They became a powerful witness to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus. Grace was upon them. The favor of God was upon them. They preached the resurrection of Jesus. If the resurrection didn’t exist, our faith is void. Acts 4:34 NKJV Nor was there anyone among them who lacked; for all who were possessors of lands or houses sold them, and brought the proceeds of the things that were sold, There was no lack or no poverty. They didn’t hold their possessions they sold them and used the proceeds to help those in need. Acts 4:35 NKJV and laid [them] at the apostles’ feet; and they distributed to each as anyone had need. Acts 4:36 NKJV And Joses, who was also named Barnabas by the apostles (which is translated Son of Encouragement), a Levite of the country of Cyprus, Acts 4:37 NKJV having land, sold [it], and brought the money and laid [it] at the apostles’ feet. Honorable mention of Barnabas who have some land and sold it and he brung his proceed. They were all bringing in their supply of the mission. Thank you for coming to the table. I hope that you have been fed and encouraged by today’s message. It is my prayer that you have encountered the presence of God through His Word. I would love to connect with you. F.I.R.E Challenge Day 8 Live THE GOSPEL IS UNCHAINED BECAUSE OF THE NAME with Alnesha Wilson

Thank you to everyone who tuned into my live video! Join me for my next live video in the app. THE GOSPEL IS UNCHAINED BECAUSE OF THE NAME Acts 4:1-22 “Sad You Sees” Acts 4:1 NKJV Now as they spoke to the people, the priests, the captain of the temple, and the Sadducees came upon them, This is still Peter and John speaking to people and now the priest, captains and sadducees came up on them. Acts 4:2 NKJV being greatly disturbed that they taught the people and preached in Jesus the resurrection from the dead. KJV- being grieved that they were teaching and preaching about the resurrection of Jesus from the dead The Sadducees were SAD YOU SEE because they did not believe in the resurrection. Acts 4:3 NKJV And they laid hands on them, and put [them] in custody until the next day, for it was already evening. They might have been put into custody but the gospel was unchained because of the name. As a result, the word they spoke caused many to believe and now up to about 5,000 men have given their life to Christ. You can not lock up the Word of God. Save the Men. Save the Family Acts 4:4 NKJV However, many of those who heard the word believed; and the number of the men came to be about five thousand. The number of men….This is not counting the women and children The men were getting saved We need the men of families getting saved. Statistics show that the men getting saved first There is a 93% chance of the family getting saved. If these men are leaving this experience with Jesus and taking it back to their homes and community. Imagine the impact it had then and imagine the impact it could have now. I don’t teach men, but ladies pray for the men in your left to get in the WORD now! Acts 4:5 NKJV And it came to pass, on the next day, that their rulers, elders, and scribes, Acts 4:6 NKJV as well as Annas the high priest, Caiaphas, John, and Alexander, and as many as were of the family of the high priest, were gathered together at Jerusalem. The next day…the whole squad coming against them Acts 4:7 NKJV And when they had set them in the midst, they asked, “By what power or by what name have you done this?” The question of the hour: where this power comes from or who name you doing this in? Acts 4:8 NKJV Then Peter, filled with the Holy Spirit, said to them, “Rulers of the people and elders of Israel: Peter filled with the Holy Spirit, Refill me Holy Spirit!!!!! Ruler of the people and the elders Notice that Peter did not say rulers over us You might rule them but you don’t rule us. You rule the people. I am filled by the Spirit. Acts 4:9 NKJV “If we this day are judged for a good deed [done] to a helpless man, by what means he has been made well, You are judging us for doing a good deed to help a man Why should it matter how he got well? This man needed healing and got it. Acts 4:10 NKJV “let it be known to you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified, whom God raised from the dead, by Him this man stands here before you whole. Since you want to know so bad by what name… The name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth Peter reminds him again. The one you crucified but God raised It’s Him that made this man whole. Acts 4:11 NKJV “This is the ‘stone which was rejected by you builders, which has become the chief cornerstone.’ The most necessary stone for any building is the cornerstone You rejected the one piece to build your life. If Christ is not your cornerstone then you are building a faulty life. Acts 4:12 NKJV “Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.” No other name has the power on this earth to save We must be saved. At that name every knee is going to bow and every tongue confess. You can do it now or later but it’s going to get done. Seeing Is Believing Acts 4:13 NKJV Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were uneducated and untrained men, they marveled. And they realized that they had been with Jesus. They had a boldness that was visual. Their perception was that Peter and John were uneducated and untrained ignorant because they didn’t have formal training. But they marveled at and took knowledge of them. They had been with Jesus and that was all the knowledge they needed. They had the relationship and the experience of Jesus the living Word with them Do you have enough evidence that you been with Jesus? Acts 4:14 NKJV And seeing the man who had been healed standing with them, they could say nothing against it. The evidence of the healing was speaking louder than anything. This grown man was standing with Peter and John healed. He was lame and now healed There was nothing they could say against it. The proof was in the pudding. Acts 4:15 NKJV But when they had commanded them to go aside out of the council, they conferred among themselves, The council was counseling themselves. 2 Corinthians 10:12 When they measure themselves by themselves and compare themselves with themselves, they lack wisdom and behave like fools. What happens when you seek counsel with those who think like you. Many counsel there is safety. Rehobam sought the counsel of what he wanted to hear. When the counsel is not wise, there will be a demise. Acts 4:16 NKJV saying, “What shall we do to these men? For, indeed, that a notable miracle has been done through them [is] evident to all who dwell in Jerusalem, and we cannot deny [it]. The council didn’t know what to do because this was a notable miracle done THROUGH them with evidence to all. There was no denying what happened with this miracle and they needed to stop it and make them shut up. Stop the Spread Acts 4:17 Acts 4:18 NKJV “But so that it spreads no further among the people, let us severely threaten them, that from now on they speak to no man in this name.“ So they called them and commanded them not to speak at all nor teach in the name of Jesus. They wanted the ball to stop there. One healing down and they were intimidated already. Severely threaten them Don’t speak the name to no man. Don’t speak the name at all. Don’t teach the name of Jesus. Speak The Name Acts 4:19 NKJV But Peter and John answered and said to them, “Whether it is right in the sight of God to listen to you more than to God, you judge. Is it right in the sight of God to listen to you more than to God? Whose voice are you listening to more in your life? Acts 4:20 NKJV “For we cannot but speak the things which we have seen and heard.“ We have to speak and testify of what we have experienced. Acts 4:21 NKJV So when they had further threatened them, they let them go, finding no way of punishing them, because of the people, since they all glorified God for what had been done. The threats continued but so did the glory of God. They had to be let go because the gospel is unchained because of the name There is no punishment for the people of God because Christ took the punishment for our transgression. The glory of God was being told by the people from the healing. Acts 4:22 NKJV For the man was over forty years old on whom this miracle of healing had been performed. This man waited forty years of his life for healing The miracle was indeed performed Thank you for coming to the table. I hope that you have been fed and encouraged by today’s message. It is my prayer that you have encountered the presence of God through His Word. I would love to connect with you. Let’s digest today’s message in the comments to help encourage each other. F.I.R.E. Challenge Day 6 "Begging at Beautiful" Live with Alnesha Wilson

Thank you to everyone who tuned into my live video! Join me for my next live video in the app. Begging to a Blessing Acts 3:1 NKJV Now Peter and John went up together to the temple at the hour of prayer, the ninth [hour]. The hour of prayer -9th hour -3 pm our time. Do you have set prayer times? Acts 3:2 NKJV And a certain man lame from his mother’s womb was carried, whom they laid daily at the gate of the temple which is called Beautiful, to ask alms from those who entered the temple; Lame from birth Laid daily The temple was called Beautiful Begging for alms asking for money Acts 3:3 NKJV who, seeing Peter and John about to go into the temple, asked for alms. Acts 3:4 NKJV And fixing his eyes on him, with John, Peter said, “Look at us.” Acts 3:5 NKJV So he gave them his attention, expecting to receive something from them. Acts 3:6 NKJV Then Peter said, “Silver and gold I do not have, but what I do have I give you: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk.” What he needed money couldn’t buy . Peter and John didn't have any money but they had deliverance. The Beggar got more than he asked for. Ephesians 3:20 KJV Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us, In the Name, healing came. What do you have that you can offer someone? Matthew 10:9 NKJV “Provide neither gold nor silver nor copper in your money belts, Acts 3:7 NKJV And he took him by the right hand and lifted [him] up, and immediately his feet and ankle bones received strength. He went from weak to strong. Acts 3:8 NKJV So he, leaping up, stood and walked and entered the temple with them--walking, leaping, and praising God. He went from laying to leaping Begging to praising Isaiah 35:6 NKJV Then the lame shall leap like a deer, And the tongue of the dumb sing. For waters shall burst forth in the wilderness, And streams in the desert. Matthew 11:4 Jesus said the lame will walk Acts 3:9 NKJV And all the people saw him walking and praising God. Acts 3:10 NKJV Then they knew that it was he who sat begging alms at the Beautiful Gate of the temple; and they were filled with wonder and amazement at what had happened to him. They saw him and knew he was beggar and lame. And now they want to know what happened, how he is now walking and praising God. Acts 3:11 NKJV Now as the lame man who was healed held on to Peter and John, all the people ran together to them in the porch which is called Solomon’s, greatly amazed. Everyone wants to see what happened and get a closer look. Acts 3:12 NKJV So when Peter saw [it], he responded to the people: “Men of Israel, why do you marvel at this? Or why look so intently at us, as though by our own power or godliness we had made this man walk? Peter is ready to check them and let know. Don’t look at us look at God. The God you denied and the Jesus you killed. Acts 3:13 NKJV “The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, the God of our fathers, glorified His Servant Jesus, whom you delivered up and denied in the presence of Pilate, when he was determined to let [Him] go. Acts 3:14 NKJV “But you denied the Holy One and the Just, and asked for a murderer to be granted to you, Acts 3:15 NKJV “and killed the Prince of life, whom God raised from the dead, of which we are witnesses. Acts 3:16 NKJV “And His name, through faith in His name, has made this man strong, whom you see and know. Yes, the faith which [comes] through Him has given him this perfect soundness in the presence of you all. Faith in His name makes one strong. Faith comes through Jesus. Faith made the lame man receive perfect soundness. Faith was made known in the presence of all. Acts 3:17 NKJV “Yet now, brethren, I know that you did [it] in ignorance, as [did] also your rulers. We say and do things in our own ignorance. Acts 3:18 NKJV “But those things which God foretold by the mouth of all His prophets, that the Christ would suffer, He has thus fulfilled. God told it beforehand that Jesus would suffer and it was fulfilled. Refreshment or Rejection Acts 3:19 NKJV “Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, so that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord, Peter gives the invitation again. Repent Be converted Two reasons: Sins may be blotted out Times of refreshing from being in the presence of the Lord. Are you refreshed after being in the Word and sitting with the Lord? Lamentations 5:21 NKJV Turn us back to You, O LORD, and we will be restored; Renew our days as of old, Ezekiel 18:32 NKJV “For I have no pleasure in the death of one who dies,” says the Lord GOD. “Therefore turn and live!” Joel 2:13 NKJV So rend your heart, and not your garments; Return to the LORD your God, For He [is] gracious and merciful, Slow to anger, and of great kindness; And He relents from doing harm. Matthew 18:3 NKJV and said, “Assuredly, I say to you, unless you are converted and become as little children, you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven. Psalm 32:5 NKJV I acknowledged my sin to You, And my iniquity I have not hidden. I said, “I will confess my transgressions to the LORD,” And You forgave the iniquity of my sin. Selah Acts 3:20 NKJV “and that He may send Jesus Christ, who was preached to you before, Acts 3:21 NKJV “whom heaven must receive until the times of restoration of all things, which God has spoken by the mouth of all His holy prophets since the world began. Acts 3:22 NKJV “For Moses truly said to the fathers, ‘The LORD your God will raise up for you a Prophet like me from your brethren. Him you shall hear in all things, whatever He says to you. Acts 3:23 NKJV ‘And it shall be [that] every soul who will not hear that Prophet shall be utterly destroyed from among the people.’ Mark 16:16 NKJV “He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned. John 3:18 NKJV “He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. John 3:20 NKJV “For everyone practicing evil hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed. John 8:24 NKJV “Therefore I said to you that you will die in your sins; for if you do not believe that I am [He], you will die in your sins.” John 12:48 NKJV “He who rejects Me, and does not receive My words, has that which judges him--the word that I have spoken will judge him in the last day. 2 Thessalonians 1:7 NKJV and to [give] you who are troubled rest with us when the Lord Jesus is revealed from heaven with His mighty angels, 2 Thessalonians 1:8 NKJV in flaming fire taking vengeance on those who do not know God, and on those who do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. 2 Thessalonians 1:9 NKJV These shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of His power, Hebrews 2:3 NKJV how shall we escape if we neglect so great a salvation, which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed to us by those who heard [Him], Revelation 20:15 NKJV And anyone not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire. Acts 3:24 NKJV “Yes, and all the prophets, from Samuel and those who follow, as many as have spoken, have also foretold these days. Acts 3:25 NKJV “You are sons of the prophets, and of the covenant which God made with our fathers, saying to Abraham, ‘And in your seed all the families of the earth shall be blessed.’ Acts 3:26 NKJV “To you first, God, having raised up His Servant Jesus, sent Him to bless you, in turning away every one [of you] from your iniquities.” God is a covenant keeping God and said all the families on earth will be blessed and the biggest blessing he could give was Jesus so the we could turn from our iniquities. Thank you for coming to the table. I hope that you have been fed and encouraged by today’s message. It is my prayer that you have encountered the presence of God through His Word. F.I.R.E. Challenge Day 5 "Repent and Receive" Live with Alnesha Wilson

Thank you to everyone who tuned into my live video! Join me for my next live video in the app. Acts 2:14 NKJV But Peter, standing up with the eleven, raised his voice and said to them, “Men of Judea and all who dwell in Jerusalem, let this be known to you, and heed my words. He has the backing of the other disciples. He is standing and raised his voice. Like, listen up! A posture and position of authority. Acts 2:15 NKJV “For these are not drunk, as you suppose, since it is [only] the third hour of the day. They are not drunk; it’s 9 am There is no scripture about being drunk in the Spirit. Ephesians 5:18 KJV And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit; Acts 2:16 NKJV “But this is what was spoken by the prophet Joel: Peter starts his witness with the Word. Whenever we witness, let the Word do the teaching. Scripture has the power and authority to lead someone to the truth of Christ. 2 Timothy 3:16 KJV All scripture [is] given by inspiration of God, and [is] profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: Acts 2:17 NKJV ‘And it shall come to pass in the last days, says God, That I will pour out of My Spirit on all flesh; Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, Your young men shall see visions, Your old men shall dream dreams. In the last days, there will be a pouring out of the Holy Spirit on all flesh There will be prophecy, visions, and dreams about the young and the old. Acts 2:18 NKJV And on My menservants and on My maidservants I will pour out My Spirit in those days; And they shall prophesy. God repeats that He will pour out His Spirit, and people will prophesy. There were no gender boundaries. Both men and women. Acts 2:19 NKJV I will show wonders in heaven above And signs in the earth beneath: Blood and fire and vapor of smoke. Acts 2:20 NKJV The sun shall be turned into darkness, And the moon into blood, Before the coming of the great and awesome day of the LORD. These signs and wonders can only be done by the hand of God. Acts 2:21 NKJV And it shall come to pass [That] whoever calls on the name of the LORD Shall be saved.’ Whoever-the universal call that anyone can be saved. There is salvation in the name of Jesus. Acts 4:12 KJV Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. Romans 10:13 KJV For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. Isaiah 45:22 KJV Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth: for I [am] God, and [there is] none else. Acts 2:22 NKJV “Men of Israel, hear these words: Jesus of Nazareth, a Man attested by God to you by miracles, wonders, and signs which God did through Him in your midst, as you yourselves also know-- God gave Jesus the ability to perform all the miracle signs and wonders in front of them. They knew who He was. Acts 2:23 NKJV “Him, being delivered by the determined purpose and foreknowledge of God, you have taken by lawless hands, have crucified, and put to death; God foreknew his plan and purpose. He used the hands of the wicked to have Jesus slain for our sins For the Scriptures say that God told Pharaoh, “I have appointed you for the very purpose of displaying my power in you and to spread my fame throughout the earth.”Romans 9:17 NLT Resurrection Acts 2:24 NKJV “whom God raised up, having loosed the pains of death, because it was not possible that He should be held by it. God raised Jesus, loosed all the pains of death Jesus can’t be held by death. How can something bind you when you have the keys to it? Revelation 1:18 NKJV“I [am] He who lives, and was dead, and behold, I am alive forevermore. Amen. And I have the keys of Hades and of Death. Death, come not hold him! Isaiah foretold : Isaiah 25:8 NKJVHe will swallow up death forever, And the Lord GOD will wipe away tears from all faces; The rebuke of His people He will take away from all the earth; For the LORD has spoken. Acts 2:25 NKJV “For David says concerning Him: ‘I foresaw the LORD always before my face, For He is at my right hand, that I may not be shaken. David foresaw the Lord, and he knew Jesus was at the right hand of God and unshakeable Acts 2:26 NKJV Therefore my heart rejoiced, and my tongue was glad; Moreover my flesh also will rest in hope. Because he knew this truth. He could rejoice, praise, and have hope. Acts 2:27 NKJV For You will not leave my soul in Hades, Nor will You allow Your Holy One to see corruption. David is saying that Jesus was not going to be left in Hell or his body to be decayed. Acts 2:28 NKJV You have made known to me the ways of life; You will make me full of joy in Your presence.’ And because of this truth... we should be like David in the fullness of Joy because the grave couldn’t hold him. O death, where is your sting? Acts 2:29 NKJV “Men [and] brethren, let [me] speak freely to you of the patriarch David, that he is both dead and buried, and his tomb is with us to this day. In other words, David was not talking about himself. He was referring to the coming Messiah. Acts 2:30 NKJV “Therefore, being a prophet, and knowing that God had sworn with an oath to him that of the fruit of his body, according to the flesh, He would raise up the Christ to sit on his throne, David knew that his fruit..his bloodline in the flesh. The Messiah was coming from the house of David according to the Word of the Lord. Acts 2:31 NKJV “he, foreseeing this, spoke concerning the resurrection of the Christ, that His soul was not left in Hades, nor did His flesh see corruption. What David foresaw concerning the resurrection was fulfilled. His soul was not left in Hades and he did see corruption but was resurrected. Acts 2:32 NKJV “This Jesus God has raised up, of which we are all witnesses. Peter reminds them they all saw the resurrected Jesus. Acts 2:33 NKJV “Therefore being exalted to the right hand of God, and having received from the Father the promise of the Holy Spirit, He poured out this which you now see and hear. Now He is at the right hand of God. We have received the promise of the Father. Jesus poured out. Peter directs them to the senses of what they had not only seen just happen and hear the sounds. Acts 2:34 NKJV “For David did not ascend into the heavens, but he says himself: ‘The LORD said to my Lord, “Sit at My right hand, Acts 2:35 NKJV Till I make Your enemies Your footstool.” ‘ Acts 2:36 NKJV “Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly that God has made this Jesus, whom you crucified, both Lord and Christ.” Basically Y’all did this? Response Acts 2:37 NKJV Now when they heard [this], they were cut to the heart, and said to Peter and the rest of the apostles, “Men [and] brethren, what shall we do?” The heart has to be the first thing that is cut to respond. They had a teachable spirit and were receptive. They had the experience of the Holy Spirit pouring, and now they were having the experience of the Holy Spirit cutting and doing the conviction. Hebrews 4:12For the word of God is living and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it pierces even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow. It judges the thoughts and intentions of the heart. John 16:8 NKJV “And when He has come, He will convict the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment: They wanted to respond: What do we do now? They did not ignore the invitation. Hebrews 3:15 NKJV while it is said: “Today, if you will hear His voice, Do not harden your hearts as in the rebellion.” Repentance Acts 2:38 NKJV Then Peter said to them, “Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. Peter gives the guidelines for salvation: * Repent. Turn away from your sin to your Savior * Be baptized in the name of Jesus, no other name * For remission of sin. For God presented Jesus as the sacrifice for sin. People are made right with God when they believe that Jesus sacrificed his life, shedding his blood. This sacrifice shows that God was being fair when he held back and did not punish those who sinned in times past. Romans 3:25 NLT * Receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. Acts 2:39 NKJV “For the promise is to you and to your children, and to all who are afar off, as many as the Lord our God will call.” Universal call again, ALLLL!!! God’s will call. The ticket has been paid; you just have to pick it up! Acts 2:40 NKJV And with many other words he testified and exhorted them, saying, “Be saved from this perverse generation.” Peter said more things that we don’t have documented. Summed up Be saved from this perverse generation. Revival Acts 2:41 NKJV Then those who gladly received his word were baptized; and that day about three thousand souls were added [to them]. Those who gladly received…responded, and there was revival. 120 is multiplied to 3,120: God’s math Recipe Acts 2:42 NKJV And they continued steadfastly in the apostles’ doctrine and fellowship, in the breaking of bread, and in prayers. They continued the work steadfastly; they didn’t let anything move them. Preserved, immovable. They had the recipe for the church: * right doctrine * fellowship * food * prayer Acts 2:43 NKJV Then fear came upon every soul, and many wonders and signs were done through the apostles. Respect from everyone set the foundation for the signs and wonders to be done and received; they have influence now because of how they carry themselves Acts 2:44 NKJV Now all who believed were together, and had all things in common, It’s important to have all things in common and be in a spirit of agreement 2 Corinthians 6:14 NKJV Do not be unequally yoked together with unbelievers.
