Chris & Erin Versus Season 5 DVD Bonus Features (Part 1)

Chris & Erin Versus Season 5 DVD Bonus Features (Part 1)

B-b-b-bonus round! After a trip “behind the microphone,” real live person Chris and definitely-not-an-actor Erin discuss the first half of the Chuck Season 5 DVD Bonus Features. Their conversation includes Old Navy set design, the history of Southern California commercials, and the future of electronic wind instruments. Meanwhile, Erin is NOT thanked personally by the Chuck cast, and Chris doesn’t care about Erin’s tattoos (but it’s not good behavior). Tune in this week on Go Chuck Yourself and stay tuned next week for Part 2 of our Bonus Feature bonanza!

Chris & Erin Versus ”Chuck Versus The Goodbye”

It’s tough to say goodbye, but this week, we’ll be doing our darndest to cover the (gulp) Chuck series finale. After a few tears and a brief chat on how to fill the void, we dive out of our own private jet straight into Team Bartowski’s last hurrah. Between talking Green Shirts, Jeffster’s final performance, and the ethical ramifications of Intersect memory implantation, Chris finally flashes and Erin honors the Weinerlicious. It’s time to say hello to “Chuck Versus the Goodbye”— this week on Go Chuck Yourself.

P.S. Hope everyone has a happy and safe new year! Stay tuned for more episodes about Chuck's final season in early 2022!

Chris & Erin Versus ”Chuck Versus Sarah”

Chris & Erin Versus ”Chuck Versus Sarah”

Well, folks, here we are. The second-to-last episode of Chuck—ever! Luckily, unlike some brilliant, blonde, oft-oversexualized superspies we could name, we have NOT lost our memories in a tragic brain-melting accident, so we’re here to relive “Chuck Versus Sarah” for your listening pleasure. After a trip down Memory Lane, Chris continues to question Quinn’s frequent falls from the window, Erin gets a little queasy over foot temperature talk, and one host gets a little choked up... Find out who cried at the end of this episode and how Team Bartowski is heading into their finale—this week, on Go Chuck Yourself!

Not Frankie Muniz ,

A SCC (Stone COld Classic) and a Must-Listen for any Chuck fan.

I found this show to be quite enjoyable after a full course of an episode of NBC's Chuck (not yet on Peacock?), and I have to say it's the perfect dessert to the digestive playground that is NBC's Chuck (not yet on Peacock?). The hosts, Erin and Chris, are the most charming, goofy, and all around relatable . The goofs and antics these two get up to, dare I say it, go down along side the show (NBC's Chuck (not yet on Peacock?)) as it's a must-listen for any Chuckster looking for a way to not only rethink their experience with the show, but extend their enjoyment without a drop lost. I look forward to every episode and so glad I'm not caught up, yet, because then what would I do?! This has gone into my regular rotation as I rewatch all of Chuck.

Incompetent hosts, but enjoyable enough

The hosts seem to lack basic comprehension regarding simple facts of the show. At times they get things completely wrong about scenes they supposedly just watched.

For example, in the pilot, there's a scene where the character Sarah is taking down NSA agents while dancing with Chuck. The hosts say over and over how crazy it is that she's just killing these people in the middle of the dance floor while nobody seems to notice. Not one of them were killed! A chopstick to the leg is what half of them got.

This is just one example of countless in episode after episode. They don't even really understand what the intersect is! How can you do a podcast on Chuck without understanding it's basic premise?

They get also nitpicky about small things that make you wonder if they realize this is a television show and not real life.

At this point it's just a show I get to yell at while I drive around for work, so I guess it serves a purpose as it keeps my days going.

Great show!

Amazing content! Great chemistry and an all around escape from everything going on in our world right now. Really enjoyable! Love Chuck!
