Explore the mastermind or book an "Is This For Me?" call with me here  What if the thing keeping you from investing in your business is not actually the money? In this episode of Be Everything And More, Kaitlin is getting into the very real fear that can come up when an opportunity feels exciting, aligned, and also a little terrifying financially. Because sometimes "I can't afford it" is the easiest answer. The harder question is what you actually believe will happen after you say yes. Kaitlin shares a personal story about making one of the biggest investments she has ever made in her own business, what was really running through her mind before she committed, and what happened once she stopped looking at the price tag as the whole story. She also pulls back the curtain on what she has seen with clients who knew they wanted support but still found themselves questioning whether they could trust themselves to follow through, make the money back, or finally create different results. If you have ever wanted to join the mastermind, hire the coach, make the investment, or take the next big step in your business and immediately felt your nervous system scream ABSOLUTELY NOT, this conversation is for you. Kaitlin is exploring the difference between a financial reality and a fear response, the hidden cost of continuing to do business the same way, and the question that may matter way more than "Can I afford this?" Listen before you make your next big business decision. In this episode: 💸 Business investment fears and what might actually be underneath "I can't afford it" 🧠 Money mindset, self-trust, and nervous system work when making bigger business decisions 📈 The difference between simply buying another program and getting the structure, accountability, feedback, and support you actually need 👀 The often-overlooked opportunity cost of staying stuck in the same revenue cycle 🔥 What it means to truly bet on yourself before you feel completely ready 💰 Creating more consistent $5K+ months as a coach or service provider ⚡ Why sales growth requires more than another strategy, script, or piece of content ✨ A peek inside Embodied Earner and the new Paid Proof 30-Day Cash Creation Challenge If you enjoyed this episode, share it with a business bestie and subscribe so more women building bold businesses can find the show: Please subscribe to the podcast on Apple Podcasts, Youtube, Spotify, or wherever you listen! The Friendship That Made Us: In Loving Memory of Mallory Geis

This episode was originally recorded in 2022 with my two lifelong best friends, Abbie and Mallory. And when I say lifelong, I mean it. Our parents were close friends growing up, and the three of us have been connected since birth. Through every version of ourselves, every life change, every heartbreak and every new beginning, our friendship remained one of the deepest roots in our lives. Today, I am sharing this conversation again in loving memory of Mallory, my Mal Pal, who tragically lost her life in the Broad Peak avalanche. Listening back now, more than four years later, feels both heartbreaking and incredibly sacred. In this episode, we talk honestly about female friendship, growing apart and back together, releasing expectations, having the hard conversations, checking on the strong friend and making time for the people we love. We also talk about how lucky we felt to have one another and how excited we were to continue growing, changing and experiencing life side by side. None of us could have known how precious those words would one day become. I hope this episode reminds you not to wait. Call your friend. Make the plan. Say "I love you." Tell the people who have walked beside you exactly what they mean to you. Mallory was bold, honest, adventurous, hilarious and deeply loving. She knew every version of me, and I will carry her friendship, her wisdom and her love with me for the rest of my life. This episode is for her. Rest in Peace, Mal Pal. 🕊️ 1986–2026

You're Educated But Broke: What's Really Keeping Coaches From Clients

[ZERO to $5K FREE MASTERCLASS] Grab Your Spot Being incredibly talented at what you do does not automatically mean people will understand why they should hire you. In fact, some of the most knowledgeable, passionate, and highly trained coaches are making the least amount of money, not because they are missing another certification or need to become better at their craft, but because their brilliance is getting lost somewhere between what they know and what their audience can actually grasp. In this episode of Be Everything And More, Kaitlin breaks down the invisible gap that keeps powerful coaches and service providers stuck. Through a real client conversation, she explores what happens when your work is deeply transformational, but the way you explain it feels too broad, complicated, or intangible for someone scrolling online. Because when potential clients cannot quickly recognize themselves, the problem you solve, or where your offer is taking them, they are far less likely to take the next step. This episode is a necessary listen for anyone who knows they can change lives but is frustrated that their business is not reflecting the depth of their experience. Kaitlin shares the shift that can make your marketing, offers, and sales conversations feel clearer without watering down the magic of your work. You may not need to learn more. You may need to finally translate what you already know into something people can see, understand, and confidently buy. Inside this episode: Why being highly skilled does not always lead to consistent clients The hidden disconnect between your expertise and your messaging Making transformational work feel clear, specific, and tangible Why potential clients may not recognize that your offer is for them The problem with broad, high-level coaching language Creating offers people can understand without oversimplifying your work The relationship between clarity, trust, and sales How to stop making people work so hard to figure out how you help Turning your knowledge into a clear path someone wants to follow What may really be blocking your next level of business growth If you enjoyed this episode, share it with a business bestie and subscribe so more women building bold businesses can find the show: Please subscribe to the podcast on Apple Podcasts, Youtube, Spotify, or wherever you listen! [ZERO to $5K FREE MASTERCLASS] Grab Your Spot You do not need a huge social media following, a viral Reel, or thousands of email subscribers to get coaching clients and grow a profitable service-based business. In this episode of Be Everything And More, Kaitlin challenges the belief that a small audience is the reason your business is not growing and reveals why your follower count may be distracting you from the opportunities already around you. If you are a new coach, consultant, or service provider trying to create consistent revenue, this conversation will help you rethink how clients actually find and trust you. Kaitlin explores the role of relationships, referrals, warm leads, personal storytelling, and real conversations in building a coaching business, especially during the early stages when your audience is still growing. You Don't Need a Niche to Make $5K a Month

[ZERO to $5K FREE MASTERCLASS] Grab Your Spot What if the pressure to find the perfect niche is actually the very thing keeping you stuck? In this episode of Be Everything And More, Kaitlin challenges one of the most repeated pieces of business advice and asks a bigger question: what if you do not need to have it all figured out before you begin? She shares why obsessing over the perfect niche can become an expensive distraction, especially for newer business owners who are already overthinking what to post, who to help, and how to sell. This episode explores what might happen when you stop trying to force yourself into a box and start paying closer attention to the conversations, patterns, and opportunities already showing up around you. If you have been waiting to feel clearer, more qualified, or more certain before putting yourself out there, this conversation may shift the way you think about building your business. Because your niche might not be something you choose in a perfectly polished brainstorm session. It might be something that reveals itself once you finally start moving. In this episode: Why "I do not know my niche yet" can quietly become a business roadblock The hidden cost of waiting for perfect clarity Niche advice for new coaches and service providers How sales skills and lead generation fit into the conversation Building confidence before your business feels fully figured out Letting your niche evolve through real client experience What to focus on when you are afraid of choosing the wrong direction Why being multifaceted does not make you bad at business If you enjoyed this episode, share it with a business bestie and subscribe so more women building bold businesses can find the show: Please subscribe to the podcast on Apple Podcasts, Youtube, Spotify, or wherever you listen! Why Coaches Fail in a 'Saturated' Market (Spoiler: It's Not Saturated)

[SIGN A NEW CLIENT NOW] Grab Your Free Leads Training! Is the coaching industry actually too saturated, or is that just the story keeping you from showing up? In this episode of Be Everything And More, Kaitlin is answering one of the biggest questions new and growing coaches are asking right now: is there still room for me in this industry? With AI, automation, endless content, and what feels like a million people selling something online, it makes sense that so many women are wondering if they missed their chance. But the truth is, the issue is not that there are too many coaches. The real problem is much more personal, much more fixable, and much more important to understand. This episode pulls back the curtain on what is actually making coaches blend in, why information alone is no longer enough to sell, and what separates the coaches who are thriving from the ones who feel invisible. Kaitlin shares why human connection, clear communication, real transformation, and your unique way of thinking matter more than ever. If you've been telling yourself the market is too crowded, this conversation might be the loving call-out you didn't know you needed. In this episode, we're talking about: Coaching industry saturation and what is really happening right now Why "too many coaches" might not be the real problem The difference between selling information and selling transformation Why AI and automation can make your business feel less human How coaches accidentally blend in with everyone else online Why your unique perspective is part of what people are actually paying for The role of relationships, messaging, and visibility in getting clients Why fear of rejection can hide behind "the market is too saturated" What thriving coaches are doing differently in a noisy industry How to stop relying only on social media for leads If you've ever wondered whether there is still space for your voice, your work, and your coaching business, this episode is going to hit in the best way. Why Selling Feels so Hard Even When You Genuinely Believe in What You Do

[GRAB YOUR FREE CONSISTENT CASH FLOW AUDIT]  Selling can feel strangely hard, even when you deeply believe in your work. You can know your offer is powerful, know you can help people, and still feel your body tense up the second it is time to say the price out loud. If you have ever over-explained, discounted before anyone asked, added extra bonuses at the last second, or turned a "quick sales call" into a full free coaching session, this episode is going to hit. In this episode of Be Everything And More, Kaitlin is unpacking the real reason selling can feel so emotionally loaded for coaches, service providers, and business owners. This is not just about confidence, scripts, or "getting better at objections." There is often something deeper happening underneath the surface, especially for women who have learned to earn love, prove their value, or make other people comfortable before they allow themselves to be fully paid. Through a personal story from her early days in commission sales, Kaitlin pulls back the curtain on the sneaky ways over-giving shows up in business and why it can quietly sabotage your income, authority, and client relationships. This episode will help you look at your sales conversations differently and start seeing where the real shift needs to happen so selling can feel less like performing and more like leading. Key highlights: Why selling can feel hard even when you genuinely believe in your offer The hidden reason coaches and service providers discount before anyone objects How over-giving can sneak into sales calls, consults, and client conversations Why free coaching on a sales call might be costing you more than you think The connection between worthiness, people-pleasing, and pricing How trauma-informed sales changes the way you hold sales conversations Why "no" is not always rejection and may actually be important information The difference between selling to someone and making a decision with someone Why sales is a learnable skill, not a personality trait How your identity around being liked, chosen, or paid may be impacting your income If you enjoyed this episode, share it with a business bestie and subscribe so more women building bold businesses can find the show: Please subscribe to the podcast on Apple Podcasts, Youtube, Spotify, or wherever you listen!
