    39. Life Lessons from Camp

    I recently volunteered at a Youth Summer Camp. I didn’t know what to expect or prepare for since I haven’t been to a camp since 6th grade, but it ended up being one of the most fulfilling and rewarding things I’ve done in a while. The variety of activities available created lasting memories and fun, but the lessons imparted on everyone in attendance was what truly stood out to me.     38. Know When to Quit

    How do you know if you should quit something or stick with it? This episode explains the stigma of quitting and dives into some ways to assess your situation to understand if you should quit. I also discuss the balance of emotion and logic in making your decision. Don’t take this topic lightly! There are opportunity costs associated with sticking staying on the wrong path for too long.
