FINALLY, Glad somebody stepped up to the plate

I read all I can about theology but a severe wasteland appears in the area of Biblical Open Theism. Certainly OT has been written about a lot, but the "wasteland" about which I speak is relative compared to philosophical OT writings and the overwhelming... er... mythological accounts of Calvinism.

This podcast is new, but I'm excited to see where it goes. Already, it fills the huge vacuum of podcasts devoted to Open Theism, and its first 3 episodes are splendid. But for a man such as myself who's so hungry for this info to be made available in an accessible-to-the-public form, it's REALLY great.

I suspect the God Is Open podcast will change hearts and minds. It will also challenge and anger some. I doubt anger is the reactionary goal, but at the same time, I suspect Mr. Fisher welcomes all arguments. After all, if the first few episodes are any indication, he has God's Word aa his source document.

Gotta be hard

Open theism is a virtually unknown and theologically confounding position to maintain and defend. No wonder Mr. Fisher comes across as arrogant and hostile.
He has no arrows and no target in his argumentation. Mudslinging and fallacies must bridge the gap in his ad hoc theology.

Better theological podcasts out there

While Chris is passionate, his inability to not insult his opponents and make baseless claims about their characters and motives makes this a podcast to skip on.
