Different Look into college sports

Used to be a staff member in college athletic departments where money and revenue were often the talk of meetings. What Matt is able to do here is take those important conversations we would have, and better define college athletics’ bigger picture and history. Weirdly addicted to this pod.

Focus on present because the past...

I liked the focus on the contemporary issues on college athletics, but the hosts’ takes on the 1984 NCAA Supreme Court case left out so much context (just to be snarky, I guess) that if you didn’t know any better it wouldn’t make much sense. I didn’t even make it to the guest.

Just like the Extra Points newsletter, this podcast is a great insight into the business of college athletics and provides you with a different way of looking at college sports. Great show!
