Constructive but with love

Love Eileen. going mental has grown into something i really enjoy listening to and Eileen can be a really wonderful host in being both entertaining and informative and breaking down walls. Here are my suggestions to make the show even better: 1. the solo episodes are great and i dont like Eileen should feel hesitant about including more of them. it feels like chatting with a friend and i think a lot of the things Eileen talks about can be very relatable for anyone who struggles with mental health 2. this might not always be possible but i think maybe if she said on her instagram “im having this person on the podcast what should i ask them” her interviews would be slightly more well rounded and interesting 3. she does this already, but i do think it is interesting to hear about the background of everyone on the show, weather its a celebrity or scholar. its interesting to hear how they got there and for people who want to go into that field it could be really helpful to learn how that person started. Thanks Eileen!!
