Not receiving any updates from the university as well, he goes back home, to the U.A.E.  Like Dinho, many students local and international are challenged with concerns for their futures: What is to become of the plans they have set for their viable future? But students staying on campuses are still found to be gathering in common areas, going over to one another’s rooms, and even jogging outside.  We invite Dr Chopra to review the effectiveness of how people are dealing with the situation, to answer questions the students have for him via Q&A polls, and to educate us about a pandemic not like we’ve ever encountered.

But after receiving a panicked call one Sunday afternoon from his mother, urging him to catch the next flight home to avoid the COVID-19 infused crisis in Malaysia, Gerald kisses Alicia goodbye before flying home on a one-way ticket - to Canada - leaving Alicia in Malaysia wondering when they would reunite again.
