Coaching Spotlight with Sally Bennett

In this episode, we are talking with Sally Bennett. She has been a personal trainer for 9 years working in Qatar where she was a studio manager and helped to build the fitness community. During this time she found her passion in Olympic weightlifting and became a qualified coach. She went on to win the British championships 2018 and 2019 alongside being selected to represent GB at the European and world championships. Today, she is sharing her passion for helping and teaching others to build strength and the sport of weightlifting which I fell in love with!
