L1 meals

Make a pot of beans and freeze in baggies sandwich bags for one. Tins cost way too much, a freezer bag is easy all you need is time to defrost. If you’re buying in bulk, cook in bulk…
No fresh herbs? Grow a pot full on your porch or counter, think ahead and plant, it’s easy!
