It does have only 29% on Rotten Tomatoes. Plus it was originally meant to be a musical and it was going to star Michael Jackson. Soooo it’s worth discussing the 1991 retelling of Peter Pan vs Captain Hook and deciding if it is Goodbad or just bad.
