    In this episode, with the lovely Portsmouth rain in the background, we open up about our process with being diagnosed with anxiety (amongst other things, joy) - We discuss if having the diagnosis is helpful, how it has helped us tackle our anxiety, and we go into a detail about things we have done that has helped us cope - We also discuss Peter Andre, Lizzo, how to engage in a debate, time machines, and a lot more!
