    Every relationship goes through a rollercoaster ride and not many get a smooth landing always.     Depression exists ? Yes it does, but not as per the way it is marketed right now.

    Depression is just another emotion amongst many other emotions with which we humans are blessed to have. Right now this is the most heavily marketed emotion which is over powering all the other emotions in our life. We are gifted with every emotion for a reason and all we need to do is master the art of handling them as per the situations which we are put in to. Here in this podcast, I have shared a very interesting perspective for you to consider and implement in every aspect of your life.
