Real Talk

I love this podcast because the host is so real with her listeners. She shares things about her personal journey and makes me feel like I’m having a conversation with her about body image, nutrition, and breaking free from diet culture. I love how she doesn’t always cut out of all the not-so-perfect parts of conversations. Jenna has helped me reframe my relationship with food and has helped me to have more grace instead of guilt with myself and my relationship with food. Thank you, Jenna!
