    When people say addiction the first thing that comes in mind is drugs but on all honesty we could get addicted by anything that we give power to. Our guest of the day, George Kariuki, helps us understand what is addiction and in this episode we focused on smartphone addiction so he helped us uncover types of addiction, causes of addiction and most importantly how to avoid being addicted or in other words getting out of the addiction.
