higher quality production and more enjoyable listening experience than the horrifically, offensively, atrocious cbs eye on basketball podcast. a more "for your ears" experience than the current iteration of the basketball jones (the starters) podcast. grandma delores is certainly opinionated but happily welcomes a difference in opinion. host tia seems genuinely honored to be spending time talking basketball with her grandma. its cool, low key and surprisingly up to date. team seems to be working out the kinks and figuring out what makes them good and accentuating it. closest comparison might be the nba after dark podcast with juliet litman. but its not as, i dunno... saucey.
all told- i am probably strange. but perfectly harmless. and a basketball fanatic. if you're like me at all- its a nice, quick listen. and might make you love or miss or your grandmas quite a bit. i never had a grandma tho. so i'm just tossin that out there.
