Ezra has been a longtime activist for the homeless and children is distress, serving many organizations in his career such as Daily Bread Food Bank, the Broward Partnership for the Homeless, and Kids in Distress and Gulfstream Goodwill Industries. Ezra’s work on issues ranging from hunger to housing has spanned more than two decades. He participated in crafting the Ten-Year Plan to End Homelessness and was one of the first members of the Homeless Advisor Board.On this episode, we talk about homelessness, its causes and types, and how to get involved, donate and interact our homeless brothers and sisters.

AVDA has been working in the South Palm Beach County community for over 35 years to prevent domestic violence thought education, advocacy and intervention.Melanie has dedicated her career to empowering survivors of domestic violence and working collaboratively with community agencies to create safer outcomes for families.
