Squeaky Wheel is the first ever satire publication focused on life with a disability. Steven enjoys working in the sectors of film, comedy, and entertainment. He is also the Creative Content Manager for NBCUniversal’s corporate communications team and has become a leader of NBCUniversal’s MyAbilities group, advocating for disability representation in the film and TV industry. Christine sits on the NY Local Board of SAG-AFTRA, is Chair of the NY SAG-AFTRA Performers with Disabilities (PWD) Committee, and serves on the SAG-AFTRA National PWD and Actors’ Equity EEOC Committees. Christine served as Disability Advocate for the nonprofit Inclusion in the Arts from 2005 until its closure in December 2017. Join Christine and Greta as they discuss Christine's work as a disability equity consultant, representation and inclusion in the entertainment industry, the importance of empathy and creating shared understandings in societal institutions and media, and solidarity and sustainability in disability activism.
