The Lost Syracuse Interviews
Last winter, Jim and Matt attended the NYSBA Festival in Syracuse at the Landmark Theater. They had a blast and had interviewed some amazing brewers and patrons at that festival. Unfortunately, there was an equipment failure. The guys thought they lost all of the interviews. Turns out they didn't! Matt was able to salvage interviews with Froth Brewing, WeBe Brewing, Big Alice Brewing, Rare Form Brewing and the Executive Director of the NTSBA Paul Leon. Toss in Matt sampling beers from Brindle Haus and Resurgence and we have a full episode. So here it is, a very special lost interview episode of Grill This!

Crab on the Half Shell
Crab is delicious, but putting in all that work to crack open the shell to get the meat out can be frustrating as hell! Well, Jim solves that problem by serving up crab on the half shell! The crab is removed from the shell, seasoned, buttered, and that placed on a shell half ready to serve. And as always, matt brings some unique beers, including an Eclipse themed cider and an orange Sherbert beer. Enjoy another delicious and fun filled episode of Grill This!

Chicken Fried Steak in an Air Fryer
It's funny, in the last episode, Jim and Matt mentioned that they hope they've seen the last of the snow so they can officially kick off grilling season. Oops. The snowy, windy weather made traveling to the Salmon Ranch studios a little difficult for Matt, so he had to fly solo. Matt was in charge of food and beverages on his own.
