    Curtain Jerkers, Episode 29: It’s Time! It’s VADER TIME!

    Before we dive into the episode, have you seen our badass logo? Awesome designer Trais Colton Barhaug rocked that for us and you should go support him now! T-shirts, pins, and stickers are on their way. Thanks to Justin’s long time friend, Kwalified, a diehard wrestling fan and dope emcee hailing from Hawaii, for our great intro song. Leon White – aka Vader – was one of the greatest big men in pro wrestling history. Sadly, his acting career wasn’t quite as successful. But watching the nonsensical 1995 live action adaptation of one of Japan’s longest running and most popular manga series gave us the opportunity to indulge in some truly stellar wrestling.     CAGEMATCH, Episode 14: We Love Loki’s Mom and We Love THE ROCK

    As always, this is the podcast where we ask the important questions… Is Nicolas Cage a legitimate acting genius? An utter piece of silver screen trash? Or somewhere in between? On this episode, we celebrate Loki’s mom with an actual banger… 1996 modern action classic The Rock! Not a ton to disagree about here, but we had lots of fun with it.     PUFF 2019 Special: Punx Not Dead w/ SXE KEGGER Director Jason Zink

    Tonight is the opening night of Philadelphia Unnamed Film Festival, one of the opening night films is Jason Zink’s Straight Edge Kegger. The gory siege thriller is based in the punk rock scene and features a phenomenal punk rock soundtrack. So, it was natural that we brought him on to talk punk rock films! On this episode Jason joins Blaine and Justin to talk 1988’s Hellbent and 1993’s Hated: GG Allin and the Murder Junkies, two distinctly different but distinctly punk movies.
